My wife and I have been coming here for the last 4 years. Nancy has helped us out and done a tremendous job every year making it quick and painless. What a huge disappointment! Waited 30 minutes after our appointment time and no one even said sorry we are running behind or it's gonna be a few more minutes. We ended up walking out. I understand how things can be running late or even accidentally overbooked but when this happens you should let your customer service shine and handle it professionally not just ignore the fact that your appointment has been sitting in the waiting area. We arrived early to make sure we could fill out paperwork if needed and sat for 45 minutes in total. I don't suggest getting your taxes done at this location.
