Not one call or email from my agent letting me know my auto policy was going to expire. Ive had nothing but issues with auto cancellations on my policy. I even tried asking why every time i turn around I was getting auto cancellations, which i guess is my fault and apparently im expected to fix it. Not sure what an insurance agents job is if not to assist with these issues. Dont expect much communication from this company, they seem to do the bare minium.

Legacy partners were able to cut my rates on home and auto insurance over fifty percent compared to what I was paying progressive. I now pay less for home and auto ins than I was being charged just for my home. That's real savings of over two thousand dollars a year.

After having been kinda sorta tricked by a different broker when we bought a new house (never mind) it was a relief to connect with Legacy and Alex Julio. Alex has been the help I DESPERATELY needed in navigating insurance for a house and three cars. His communication is at least ten times better than mine and he always knows the ins and outs of my policy, which I have no hope of understanding on my own. It's this simple: connect with Legacy. You will NOT regret it. The worst you'll do is keep your current policies BUT have the peace of mind of knowing that someone will be looking out for your best interests and also for savings at ALL times.

We were in our 11th hour to renew our auto and homeowners policies, and getting nowhere fast with our insurance agency. The answers on the insurance form questions were wrong, and my wife's name wasn't even correct on the forms, and we were expected to sign the paperwork. I think because we are seniors, they thought they could pull a fast one on us. I did not feel comfortable signing something like that, and they weren't helpful at all. We went home with the unsigned paperwork. I had my wife call her friend. Mary is very resourceful, and asked what agency she had. That's when we first heard about Legacy Partners.
We took a chance, and drove right there. We walked in the door and was greeted by Lorrayne Holt. She took us into a office and got right down to work. We never had anyone explain insurance policies like Lorrayne did. She checked several different insurance companies, to get us the best coverage with the lowest premiums. Lorrayne made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. Nearly 2 hours later, we were walking out the door with new insurance polices in our hands, for both our home and autos, saving us nearly a $1,000 in premiums.
I am glad my wife called her friend, and we are super happy we checked out Legacy Partners. We are also grateful we met Lorrayne Holt. She is friendly, and explains everything thoroughly. Thank you for everything you did for us Lorrayne!!

Let me just start by saying the service I got here was exceptional. I called 5 different insurance agents and Legacy Partners was the only one to respond. I worked with Alex and he dropped my insurance rates to something I didn't think was possible, and even kept the same policy details I had. I'll be working with this firm for all my insurance needs.

Grateful to have been able to have Legacy Partners and Alex Julio review our insurance needs and discover that we had been over-paying by thousands of dollars (yes, embarrassingly...thousands of dollars) with our previous provider. Had been with previous previous carrier for 27 years and had mistakenly assumed that they would be taking care of their loyal customer. Had been hearing about Legacy Partners on the Drew & Mike Podcast for years but just never took the time to look into other insurance options. Have the time now and glad we finally took that first step and called. Alex took the time to take our information over the phone (didn't just pawn us off to a website to fill out a form) and we had a quote back FAST!
