Highly recommend! After being turned down by three other upholstery shops, I went to Laird's for a custom slipcover for my couch. Gina was so helpful, patient, and communicative. We LOVE the finished product and are so happy!

They were efficient and very concerned about the repair my sofa needed. I talked with the owner and she sent a repairman over immediately. He was fast and knowledgeable. The cost was VERY reasonable. I can't sing their praises loud enough. Will definitely use them again.
