Cashiers were great but the shorter lady with short hair who appears to be in charge was rude, loud and yelled at customers in front of other people.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Kroger store, and I have been to many! The so called manager is extremely disrespectful and refuses to answer simple questions or help in any way.

Lotto machine was down and cust service desk closed. Asked a self serve cashier (short, pudgy, young woman with long extensions with pink running through them) if anyone was going to be back at the counter soon. In a rude voice dripping with attitude and as she was walking away, "no idea, I don't work there". This seems to be a standard response with most of their employees as this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me when I've had a question in this store. Just ridiculously bad setvice...

The staff here are very rude. I was at the self check out when the employees walked up to me bad mouthing another customer. In the same transaction told another customer she could do her job if they quit getting in her way. Then proceeded to have an argument with a second customer. The gentleman was confused why she was upset, he told her to take a breath, and she told him to take two breaths. I decided to call up there and speak with a manger. When the phone was answer I asked if it was a manager who answered. The lady said it’s April, I then had to repeat the question “okay, April, are you a manager?” I was then transferred to some named Racheal. When telling Racheal what I had witnessed, she couldn’t seem to care any less about it.

Yea this place use to be good when it first opened after rebuild but now this place is a nightmare, my two biggest complaints are no one ever gets the carts from the parking lot ever, so you have to bring your own cart in and there’s always a line to checkout cause they never have all self checkout areas open at the same time and if they do, some of the self checkout registers are not working, this place needs to get better

Everytime im there Customer service is never open!!! But don’t worry, there’s always a group of employees standing around over there but no one can hop on and help. Self Checkout is always a nightmare. You have lines going down the aisles blocking the shelves for shopping. Always a bunch of employees standing around looking clueless. Need way better management. Such an embarrassment. The only thing this store has going for them is their selection.

Many negitive revieiwers are ppl who are extremly bored and will ignore years of frictionless service if experincing one moment of minor inconvience. This store has good selection in every section and items are always stocked. Old Fashioned Doughnuts taste delicious and fresh baked even at 4pm. Its not a utopia its a Kroger and its a damn good one at that

Half of the self-checkout lanes are closed and only two real lanes are open at 530, Rush hour for grocery stores. It seems immense corporate profits don't lead to a better customer experience or worker experience for that matter. No one gives a crap anymore just pay up. This is not reflective of the employees.

Stopped in here to get a money order and was directed to "go to Meijer instead." I did, and will from now on. Best piece of advice I could have been given. 4 out of 5 stars because they could have said a drugstore, that would have been closer for me. Lol.

I fell like they made me wait on purpose. I was there early for a pick order to be ready 11-12pm, it's now 11:52 im still waiting. I watched 4 cars come and leave in my time waiting. I'm very disappointed and will chose not to shop at this location. It's almost impossible to wait for pickup this long. If I had the time I would have went in. Kroger check on your store.

I really enjoyed coming to this store. The only problem I have, is the one elderly cashier with crooked wig. I never seen a person who always have bad attitude. Kroger needs to send some of colleagues to some kind of seminar on how to interact with people.

I asked an employee (Brenda) if there might be any diced potatoes in the back as there wasn't any on the shelf. She told me she didn't know. I asked if she could check, and she literally told me to ask someone else. I asked why she couldn't check. Her response, we are short staffed and will never get her work done. She reluctantly checked, and found diced potatoes in the back. She threw the case to the ground and became irate. I asked for a manager who didn't seem to care and asked me for no personal information to follow up. Best part is, this is the same person that gave me a hard time on another occasion during the pandemic. I didn't say anything that time. I called corporate and it's been almost two weeks and not a single response. Totally unacceptable on both the store level and corporate.
