I know I shouldn’t say this. But I look forward to going to this pharmacy. They are so pleasant. The new pharmacist there (Abdul) is so helpful. Mary is always awesome as well! Thank you for helping us out!!!!

930 in the morning and there's not a single roll of toilet paper in the restrooms. how do you open a store with no toilet paper in the bathroom? told pharmacy that I needed to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper, they called somebody down and after 10 mins nobody showed up. thankfully somebody sweeping the floor came into my view and I was able to get them to get it for me.

Here's a list of Kroger's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity, Respect, Diversity, Safety, and Inclusion. The new pharmacist, Abdullah, aka Andy, openly violated all but one of those core values. I've met toddlers with better ethics, more class, stronger communication skills, and far more decency than Abdullah, aka Andy. His abusive language, (including the use of profanity towards a minor), is only the tip of the iceberg. (The ID tag he wears says "Abdullah," he calls himself "Andy.")Pay attention to how your prescriptions are filled here. You may receive far more than you're supposed to, or far less. Those with chronic illness probably already know the drill, but this is important for everybody, all the time, no matter the ailment or illness. It's a matter of health.Pay attention to the cost as well; be sure you're charged correctly.Trust is a top priority at the pharmacy. So is effective communication. Both have been compromised here. The only thing Abdullah, aka Andy was able to communicate effectively, is that he's an idiot. Don't be deceived. Be warned. If Abdullah aka Andy regarded his patients even half as much as he regards his white coat and beloved doctorate, (And money. Let's not forget the way he attempted to belittle, demean, antagonize and harass over money, which he professed he's, "gotta lotta!"), then perhaps he might achieve authentic esteem. In the meantime, I picture him by the pond, gazing at his own reflection. (Clutching his graduation papers.)With evermore arrogance, complacency, and contempt of his patients dripping from his lips, Abdullah claimed there's no one above him, he "reports to himself."That's not what his supervisors said. That's also not what the Michigan Dept. of Licensing or the Michigan Board of Pharmacy says. . .In any case, there's no amount of remedial customer service, (as stellar as it may be!) convenient location and/or hours, that could possibly compensate for Abdullah's unprofessional conduct. His vindictive, low-caliber, wanna-be behavior has made it impossible to remain a loyal customer at this pharmacy. There's a pharmacy on every corner; switching is easy.

Always have a good experience here, and on Medicare supplement insurance their crisis beat everyone else for prescription meds

fairfoodprogram.org Kroger made Mega Millions during COVID but can't sign up for the fair food program to help farm workers, wow! It's a penny per tomato so I guess when you make loads of money, who cares who works in the sun 12 to 14 hours.

Not worth your time to shop at. They don't open hardly any checkouts. Their service desk is barely open. You have to stand in line for over half an hour to buy three items. It's not worth it. There's so many people in line in there, and they barely got anything open to check you out. I'm done with the store.

I tried to do a click list order. Got a notification that my order was ready. I went there and waited for almost 40 minutes. There appear to be one maybe two people working. I ended up going in and just asking if I could grab my groceries. They then it for me. They're only three out of my 20 items have been shopped. They were so understaffed and overwhelmed in there. I feel bad for them. I told them to please cancel my order and refund my money and left. I then got a call the next day that wasn't very nice telling me that I have until 8 PM to pick up my groceries and they did not appreciate me no-showing for my pick up. I've tried calling the Kroger corporate line, but could never get through to anyone. Total train wreck.

I could walk to this store from my front door, but prefer to drive to anywhere BUT here. crappy parking lot (Kroger owns the property), understocked and understaffed, astronomical prices compared to Meijer, Busch's, and even the other mom and pop smaller grocery stores. IF I have to go to Kroger - I'll drive to 5 and Haggerty, or 6 and Haggerty.

The cashier, Ellice, verbally assaulted a bag boy who had disabilities. Why is this allowed?

This supermarket really reminded me a lot of what we have in the San Francisco Bay area, and that would be Safeway. The overall look of the store was pretty nice, and I thought that the isles and the products were pretty well organized, neat, and the store was pretty clean in general. I really liked that. Our shopping experience here yesterday was pretty nice and comfortable too. We went there on a Monday during daytime, and the place wasn't overly packed. The products could've been better stocked, especially their pop selection, but other than that we were able to find almost everything that we were looking for. I especially enjoyed the baked goods section, which offered items that were a little bit different than what I typically would see in the bay area, which was very exciting to me :)

all self checkout. people waiting in lines down the isles 30 people deep to just checkout. one lady waited a half hour in line for a half gallon of silk milk only to get told self checkout does not take cash. none of my digital coupons worked. cashier at self checkout did not know how to fix. customer service closed so I could not do a return. the Christmas candy was advertised buy 2 get 1 free. nope. that did not work. people shopping could not even shop because so many people were in line waiting to check out. I am seriously done with this Kroger.

I was in line almost 1 full hour Sunday. Not all of the lanes were open. Prime shopping time and not enough baggers. Lines down every aisle prevented access to store goods. Even in off times the store is not appropriately staffed. Which amazes me given self-check out has the customers doing all of the work.
