I’ve been shopping at this particular JoAnn store for quite a while and it has become the worst Jo Ann’s store that I’ve been to . The shelves are empty nothing has been in stock for a while and it seems to be getting worse. It’s also just filthy looking.

This is my closest JoAnn's and I've been coming for about a year. All the staff is fantastic, very nice, knowledgeable, happy to chat about crafts and give advice. The reason for the low score is the store itself: it looks like they're moving departments and 'reorganizing', but it's looked like that the entire time I've been going. The clearance section has prices on maybe ⅓ of the merchandise, which makes it difficult to shop. There's a bad selection of Chalk Paint near the apolstery section, then the actual stock of Chalk Paint in the paint section itself. The children's craft supplies are just kinda jumbled. And, there's always boxes and ladders in the way, and vary often no price tags or labels (I have to get the app out often to try to price check)
I do get it, I've worked retail too, but the store has been consistently unprofessional, undermaintained, and confusing. Maybe there's some clientele that shop at a different time that trash the place? But from one week to the next, there's the same messes on the shelves.
The fabric and jewlery sections though, are always very well maintained. And, again, the workers are fantastic. Joann HR People: please pay someone good money to make the shelves and merchandise more approachable and keep walkways open/clear ?

Love this store. Always looking for deals. I bought 2 picture frames, normally 19.99 each for 10.00. Great deal. Workers are always friendly and helpful.

Pretty decent store. You walk and theres one half of the store dedicated to fabric/sewing supplies, thread/needles, sewing machines and other accessories. Then you have on the other side a bunch of different aisles of seasonal decor (xmas, thanksgiving, halloween, valentines, Hanukah, easter, ect. ) You can usually some nice holiday stuff for 50-70% off if you are connected to their email list or are keeping an eye out for big sales!

Both times i have placed an order online for pick up it has taken them 20+ minutes to “find” the order in the store. Won’t be returning.

Waited so long for pickup but they never came out with my order. Third time it’s happened. I love the store but I highly suggest just going inside instead of opting for curbside pickup.

Apparently this store just makes its own hours as it goes. Drove 20 minutes to be told they were closed before 9pm on a Saturday when every other store and this one say they are open until 10pm online.

I spent five minutes walking up and down the aisles trying to find a worker. Once I finally found one, I simply needed to have a quick question answered (do you have custom framing here?) and was told that I was "third in line." Third in line to have a yes or no question answered? Where was the line?

Terrible experience. After waiting in line 20 mins and still a few people ahead of me, I left with nothing. 1 register and a very long line. Unacceptable.

The customer service is really bad. The person cutting the fabric was rude. I got a piece of fabric remnant special. It was wrapped . All I asked was how big this piece was. Told me it's says "1 footand it's on the lable. " Wow, rude, I didn't know how to read the lable.The cashier is always rude. Not friendly at all. Ask why we're they checking my 20's. Never did it before. Was told since we got ripped off. Told her I don't know when you were ripped off. Told me the last couple of weeks. I'm sitting in my car to write this review. I don't like coming here, but they are the closest to me. They got 1 star because of the prices.
