“My personal experience with the metro agency has been excellent!! Teresa the lady i just saw took time out of her lunch to help me with a issue i had with a credit/refund. I probably took up about a hour of her time (felt really bad) but she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to get my issue resolved rather quickly. Aaron, Brian, and Margo i have also delt with and they all are excellent people to work with. Someone always answers the phone or i can expect a phonecall back or email rather quickly. I will definitely be sticking around for a while and would recommend to anyone looking for a auto or commercial policy (my only experiences) so far!”
