I love the physicians, but the front desk administrative staff are very rude and unkind. Dawn has an attitude. They make it difficult to get an appointment.
I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. But I am looking for a new office. I can’t deal with the incompetence.

First time I went here had a positive experience, no issues / complaints.Second time had some follow up tests and their billing, over billing, rebilling , refunding which stretched close to 8 months AFTER the visit was annoying.Third trip come in for my appointment. Asked to come into the patient room for the vitals check and wait for the doctor. sitting in the patient room for going on 47 minutes now. If the doctor is not ready to see the patient maybe don't ask the patient to come in and tell them the doctor will be with you shortly. Also the walls are thin so I can hear my doctor in the room nextdoor visiting with someone else so either they forgot about me in this room or they clearly and blatantly double booked and I guess I'm the odd one out. If they do double book maybe don't chat about non medical related things while other patients are waiting.

Not sure why I bothered coming back to this office after my doctor left. Seems like everyone I’ve seen so far doesn’t want to actually do any work (doctors). Very unhelpful. Very dissatisfied. Very disappointed. Can’t believe how far down hill this office has gone since I left. While it’s conveniently located near my job, unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back. Do better. Be better. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS.

Horrible customer service. I was a new patient and just wanted to see a doctor. I was immediately greeted with attitude making it difficult to schedule an appointment. Ended up not making an appointment. I've never experienced customer service that bad.

I've called here three times today twice nobody picked up the phone the third time somebody picked up but put me on hold and never came back to the phone I'm done I'm switching doctors today

What’s the point of having a primary care doctor that you can never see?!?!? I’m not someone that can be pawned off to other docs, I want to build a relationship with a physician and not repeat myself 20 different times to a different doc. This practice is too much and I need to find somewhere else.

Absolutely love the doctors and nurses. We switched from Henry Ford and we like it here so much better. Dr. Smeenge and Dr. Brenner are great!

Called to see why my office visit that I paid for and later was covered completely by my insurance has not been refunded. This is either the 3rd or 4th time I have called. First time, the visit had not been charged so they could not refund my money. The billing department eventually had to request that my visit be processed so that they could bill the insurance company and then refund me. I called to day and was told that there was a new number for billing which I called and had to wait about 15 minutes. Turns out they do not do the billing but did handle my blood work. They owed me from 2016 for an overpayment. Sending check. When back to Infinity and was given another number. CAlled that number and had to leave a message even though the office is open till 4. Left message. I spent 55 minutes on the phone trying to get this resolved. Very unhappy.

I have been a client for this medical centre for well over 5 years today I need to see the doctor and unfortunately because of the covert virus I was laid off a work for quite a number of months and started working in my insurance won't start until January as stated I was a client of theirs for well over 5 years I was denied service because I did not have $61 was told that I could not be built meanwhile I've paid all my bills with these folks These are the worst people I've ever had to deal with in my life I do not recommend these folks

I really needed to see my primary care physician because I’m experiencing extreme abdominal pain, severe constipation, nausea. I work as a patient transporter at a hospital, while being screened before my appointment I was asked the question “have you been around a known exposure” (meaning have I been around anyone who’s been COVID positive), of course I have but I tested negative for the virus a week ago and I’m not exhibiting any COVID symptoms. I feel as though I was discriminated against because of my line of work. Anyone who works in the medical field should not go to this practice. They don’t welcome healthcare workers.

Called to let them know I couldn’t make it to an appointment 3 years ago, go to schedule appointment recently and was told that I missed that appointment 3 years ago, when In fact I called in, and now they won’t let me come in. Had been going there for 8 + years, that doesn’t seem right
