When we first started to get our prescriptions filled here the young ladies were so nice and helpful. Now when we go in the older redheaded lady has the worst attitude and was slamming every drawer trying to find my medicine. Also to add make sure you dont use another pharmacy if IPharmacy is out of your medicine because going forward they will refuse to fill your medicine for you if they find out you have used another pharmacy.

Very good customer service. They just a drugstore. That’s the point. Don’t sell drinks, candies or food. Because of that they are more focus on their core mission. To provide prescription drugs to the customer. They do this well.

Rudy and his staff give superb customer service! Makes sure your prescription will be in stock and honors MFR coupons when able. Great location for vaccinations as well. Thank you for all that you do!

Been going to I pharmacy for about 5 years. It's way better than big chain Pharmacies. The owner is there to help as well as the entire staff. They are all very helpful. This is a compounding pharmacy which means they can make the medicine if need be. Give them a try you won't be sorry.

Rudy and his team are incredible. When you walk in you know you're part of a family!I can be difficult to deal with but they are always patient and understanding. Rudy is a vital part of my healthcare and does the legwork to make sure I'm taken care of. I'm so grateful I don't need to stress about getting medication.Thank you for your tireless efforts and dedication to the community!

Rudy is awesome! My kids have been ill a lot this winter and every time I have a script sent elsewhere closer to my home, they never have the medicine in stock. Every time I call around and Rudy has it! So thankful for this business!

Rudy and team are top notch, so much better then the large pharmacies CVS,Walgreens,Rite Aid so on. Working midnights I usually go to my doctors first thing in the morning after work. I’ll usually stop at I Pharmacy after and Rudy always has my prescriptions ready. I’m not one to leave reviews unless I feel strong about something.

Rudy saved me tonight! I had been trying all week to get my prescription filled at another pharmacy that was having issues getting it in stock. Well I’m now out of my medication completely and they tell me it is back ordered. So I gave iPharmacy a try and they had it in stock, called my other pharmacy to transfer the prescription and had it ready all before my toddler could throw a tantrum in the store! Thank you so much iPharmacy!

Rudy is a great help and goes out of his way to help you when we can't seem to figure it out ourselves !!! Very personal service and I have never had to wait like I did for years at all the big pharmacies....highly recommend I pharmacy !!!

I have given this pharmacy several attempts and they've screwed up my prescription up all the time. Often it's not ready when they tell you it's going to be ready and they don't contact you when there's a problem until you get there. There's a reason they are less expensive than others but don't go there
