Hours: We are a license for six ALF/AFC, home like setting, nestled in a 2 acreage of land with matured trees. During evening hours, our residents enjoys the peaceful scene of families of deer's gracing in our back yard. However, what is more important is the care our staff provides. As a Psychiatric RN, I believe it's impossible for one staff to provide care to more than 6 residents like in other ALF. At Home For Mom and Dad, during awake hours, our residents to staff ratio, (one staff to 3 residents).Our emphasized of care is individualized and we make sure to provide them with comfort and safety. As an owner and a Psychiatric Rn, I trained my staff well and expect from them to treat our residents with respect and dignity.
