I have very bad experience with tires I bought two tires from them with warranty and after 20 days I got flat tire and very hard to fix I have replaced new one and when I called them for replacement they said your warranty not covered because the flat tire from side not from the bottom so for what I paid for the warranty btw I bought my tire through Nissan dealership in Okemos .

If you like to cook people's hands, you may be a Handcook. This is unrelated to that. It's a South Korean tire company, one of the better names in tires and some of the more reliable tire companies that we've used. One of the legendary names in Asian tires and pretty durable and reliable. For the most part they get the job done and are pretty affordable compared to some other brands.

I had a bad experience with finding these tires and I had to pay 291.00 for a replacement on my rear passenger side and I wrote to the company hoping to be reimbursed for the tire since my car had less than 9000 mile I sent the invoice for my car and haven't heard a thing the dealership wasn't any help and I see there's a recall on these tires

This is not a retail store, it is a sales office. The do not sale tires here, but you can order their tires at any dealership, Ford, GM, Honda, etc. Or at Belle Tire, Pep Boys, Discount Tires, etc.
