My fiancé and I were there for vacation. We stayed at the hotel for over a little a week. We only got serviced once. They only came in our room once to change our sheets and get fresh towels once. I had to go down to the front desk to get towels. I even asked if we will get our room serviced the next day and I was told that our room was on the list. The next day the girls knocked on our door but we weren’t ready to leave our room quite yet. She said that she will be back in an hour. We left out for the day and when we came back our room wasn’t done. I went downstairs to speak to the manager and she called the maid and she that we were still in the room which was a lie. Not happy with this hotel. Now I’m afraid to stay at another Hilton hotel.Rooms: The room was very comfortable.

I have been staying here for a week now an I've asked several times for fresh towels and fresh bedding and only received it once. They work for us, not the other way around. I am very disappointed with this management team.Nearby activities: Not to far from Michigan stadium and shopping mall.

Very convenient location for Livonia area. Friendly and helpful service from the staff. The most important clean rooms.

Everything was nice and comfortable but, even though we had a sign on our door, DO not disturb, someone still knocked, wasn't crazy about that.

One of the best deals bang for your buck wise. The location was easy to get to, the hotel was very clean, great service, good continental breakfast, the room and bathroom was very clean. Not a huge fan of the smell of the cleaner for the bathroom or the pillows but I'm very picky and that seems to be a hotel wide issue, not just this hotel.

Lamp didn't work and offered to change rooms but why not bring a new lamp. Room had mood lighting and bright light was one not working. Coffee in lobby was warm not hot. Shower floor was slippery when wet.

I would have gave them a 5 but I saw a little mole in the sink, which I was prepared. I'm glad I stopped by the store to get cleaning product N a can of lysol.Breakfast was OK. My problem is that I don't eat pork but the oatmeal wasn't so bad. Overall I would still come back if I'm in town again.

Most staffs at front desk are very rude. Pool water is too dirty to swim, and most rooms are noisy due to highway nearby, so all I and my colleagues couldn't sleep well. The worst 4 days hotel experience in my life.

This was a great location in Livonia. The hotel is only a few years old and is in excellent condition. Everything sparkles the rooms are very nice. The service was very good and the breakfast was good also. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's got some nice shopping around it and restaurants if you want to get out and aboutRooms: The rooms were nice and clean large and well maintained

Room had a terrible smell and I was traveling with my wife and infant. We thought maybe the smell might dissipate on its own so we tried to wait it out. When it didn’t, we asked the front desk to do something. They said they could take 15% off my entire stay, so I let the issue slide. Once it came time to check-out, the employee that promised this never made notes on my account regarding the situation. Ultimately both staff and management refused to help me. I had to call and complain several times, after I arrived home just for them to only offer 15% off one measly night of a 5 night trip. Worse experience Hilton ever, especially being an Honor’s member. Might become a Marriott member due to staff’s poor training. Not to mention our room never even got serviced after staying the appropriate amount of nights that qualifies it for an automatic cleaning.

For a 2 star hotel, I give it 5 stars. The night audit attendant was very helpful in checking my party in. The room was clean. Modern. The beds were firm, but it’s a 2 star hotel so I won’t rate them lower because of it. Overall a good reasonably priced stay.

Overall, it is a great place if you’re looking for a more affordable option in the Livonia area. The location was great, it had easy access to the highway and various restaurants and shops. We didn’t need the staff much but they were friendly & helpful and their breakfast is excellent. The cleanliness was also good even though when we got to our new room it looked like it wasn’t vacuumed all the way. There was also an old stain on the floor in our new room but the old room didn’t have one.We had switch to another room halfway into our stay because our toilet handle broke, but the staff were nice about it. The dryer was also broken but hopefully they will get it fixed soon.Other than that, we had a decent stay. And we will be back.Safety: It was a safe area.Walkability: There are a lot of restaurants & shops in walking distance, which is nice.

First of all, the person before us left food in the fridge and the staff did not clean it. There was hair and dirt on the bedsheets. We complained to the front desk and they gave us new bedsheets but we had to change it ourselves. The breakfast was okay but we expected more varieties of foods. Overall, the rooms were fairly clean except for the beds and the staff were nice.

We got a room that only had a double bed, and requested that we move to a room with a bigger bed. Given that the hotel wasn't packed, we thought this was a reasonable request. We were told that the only way to do this was to cancel our stay with hotels.com (which they would not let us do) and we would have to move our stuff out of our room between noon and 4pm. Additionally, the room smelled musty, there was trash in the halls, it smelled of weed in the lobby and a request for at least an extra pillow took 3 nights to complete. Finally, there was a police presence in the lobby and parking lot on our last night.
