Top-notch first-time experience, and I will definitely be taking our precious poodles back. The cut was exactly as I explained, if not slightly better. The wash was great, and the time it took was perfect. The price is fair for the amount of work. I am looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much!! ?❤️

I absolutely love this place. We have a dog that is terrified of getting her nails done. We have been taking her to our vet and having to drug her at their request in order for them to trim her nails. Even then, they're barely able to just get the tips cut. I called groomingdales and spoke with Paula, explained my situation, and without hesitation she told me bring her in we'll give it a try. We brought her in the next day and Paula took her back and did a beautiful job on her nails. Not only was she able to trim them, but she also used the dremel tool to smooth them out. She said all they had to do was create a distraction, and it was no problem for them to o get the job done.
She was confident (that since my dog is young,) she will be able to get used to having her nails done without any issues.
I highly recommend this place. They were absolutely incredible with my Dog.

We have been taking our long haired black cat to Groomingdales over the last year. She comes back purring, this 20lb sassy cat loves her spa days!

They offer $5 service for dog nail cuts. What an amazing price and you don’t need an appointment! Their service is quick and speedy, and they can handle my big pitbull dog who hates and is scared of nail trims lol.

They groom cats!!! Super cheap too! Got my cat back in an hour and a half! I just wish they took cards. They only accept cash check but worth it!

This place is absolutely amazing! I've found the perfect groomers for my lil buddy he actually likes going there too! They wash, cut and do nails he looks so great after☺️

Been going here for decades. Always satisfied. Took mom’s dog in again a week or so ago.
She is a little 14 year old Multi-Poo.
I brought her in with a harness and leash.
Picked her up. All good.
Went to put her harness on the next few days and she was afraid. Coward from me. She never coward from me.
I believe that she was mistreated when they tried to put her harness on because she is a nervous little dog.
I don’t think it was the owner, Paula, but one of her younger female employees that groomed her and treated her like this.
Can’t prove it but it’s a gut feeling and the only thing that could have happened. Not sure I can go back there anymore. Sad for moms dog.
