Took my cat in for a bath, trim & nails .I noticed that the locations interior had a strong scent of cigarette smoke , but thought maybe it was just on a person . When I got my cat home several hours later , he was not only sitting in a urine soaked towel but he so STRONGLY smelled of smoke ,that I had to get him in the bathtub & immediately give him another bath! he is very stressed out now. even after the bath I gave him he still smells of smoke so bad that it’s making my family gag .Feel like I just wasted $65 for them to shave my cats butt & trim his nails .

I took my dog in yesterday to get groomed and they took care of him and gave him the best haircut I’ve ever seen on him, Gandalf and I are very happy and I refuse to go to anyone else for my dogs cut!

My cat had two nails that were curled under and were growing into the pad of her paw. I took her in and the ladies were very attentive and remedy the problem. Very friendly and reasonably priced.

disappointed with the first visit, friendly staff, but my puppy's hair is all irregular around his paws and face , unskilled and shabby cut , will not use again .

Horrible! when u make an appointment its actually an appt for several animals, its basically first come first serve so my dog was there caged up for 6hrs, I get him he smelled like cigarettes, his nail was dripping blood, it was blood all in the cage, his cut was very choppy and uneven and he got fleas for the first time in life of 9yrs, i didn't notice the fleas for abt a week! Take your pets to Somerset Grooming your appointment is your actual appointment time, my dog be in and out and they are clean and he looks amazing. This place is tacky and unorganized

They gave my kittens CHUCKEY & MOLLY THEIR 1st ear washing and 1st nail clippings... They were handled with love and care.the two lil ladies working their are very pleasant and sent me home with clean kittens

Trim was a little uneven but it was more bothersome that our pup smelled like cigarette smoke for two days after his appointment.
