I have the most beautiful custom-made engagement ring and wedding band because of the expertise and artistry of Golden Gifts Jewelers! The experience is 10/10 - always friendly and educational, NEVER pushy. They have taken the nots out of many necklaces and cleaned many earrings just as part of their quality customer service. I'm a customer for life!

I wish I could give this store 1000 stars. David and Bobby have been with my family for over two decades designing jewelery and have never disappointed. When it came time for me to get engaged, they worked with exactly what we wanted, and integrated designs and diamonds from previous rings important to me, into a perfect ring for me to wear. I couldn't have asked for better craftsmanship, advice, prices, and knowledge. I highly recommended coming in and letting them work their magic! My ring is gorgeous. Thank you!!!!!

They helped me in a pinch when my wedding ring didn't fit well right before my honeymoon. They set me up with a ring guard free of charge. I can't speak to the jewelry itself, but they are very nice people and have great customer service!

I haven't lived in Livonia for over 30 years, but I have and will continue to go back to Golden Gifts. For our 32nd wedding anniversary, I wanted to have my husband's wedding ring enlarged or buy a replacement ring because my husband's ring no longer fit. I went in first by myself with the ring and David looked at the ring and thought it could be enlarged and detailed to an 80% match. He also had someone show me new rings, but he noted they would all be $1,000+ due to the current price of gold. I was entirely prepared to buy a new ring. David offered to sell me a new ring he had in stock so my husband had something to open on our anniversary and said we could come back in and either get the ring I bought sized or let him pick another ring if he preferred another style. While he made that offer, he suggested I come back in with my husband so he could be properly sized and we could try to enlarge his existing ring. I brought my husband back the following week and we learned his ring size has gone from a 9 when we were married to an 11 1/4. I didn't think there was any way the ring could be expanded that much, but David talked to Bobby and they thought they could do it to an 85% match for $200. We decided to try the resizing route because my husband was sentimental about his original ring, but with the understanding that if we didn't like the match we would replace it with a new ring. When I picked up the ring, I was amazed! I could not see any imperfections. Perhaps you could with a jeweler's ring, but nobody is looking at a ring on someone's hand with a jeweler's ring. Today is our 32nd wedding anniversary. The resized ring was on my husband's hand (his choice) before he even got in the shower. This is why I will continue to patronize Golden Gifts - David and Bobby value long term customers. We were an easy upsell and it was only with the recommendation of David that we went the route of resizing. This was to Golden Gifts' short-term detriment, but ensured we will remain long term customers regardless of when we live.
