The store is organized and tidy, the staff has always been courteous and helpful. It’s always interesting to see what kind of stuff they put on display, often I see cool items I wouldn’t expect (most recently boardgames)

I always enjoy pre-ordering my games from here because their pretty straight forward with yea and don't pressure you into saying up for the rewards this game stop too is where I get most of my funko pops! 10/10 would recommend to friends to go here and shop

This bad review is purely because of one employee there. She's young lady with glasses. Can't remember the name. Not too long ago I was in there to replace a controller for the 3rd time. I said that I wouldn't be purchasing the replacement plan this time around because I was tired of paying for it, and that if it stopped working again that I'd just go through Microsoft this time. She gave me nothing but attitude snarky comments about how terrible of a choice that was. It's my money and I decide what to do with it. So now I'll be going to the store in Westland just to avoid her. Not the first time she gave me attitude and I've seen her also have attitude with other customers. The only Gamestop that I've ever had problems with since I was a kid. She's a problem and I hope you guys can solve this problem for your business.

This place deserves 5 stars, I was at GameStop earlier and wanted to buy Yu-Gi-Oh cards. Unfortunately they were sold out, but this employee Blake was extremely helpful with tips, and what the best starter pack to buy and why I should buy it.

Katie straight up misled us and overcharged us on purpose. We bought three funko pops and she said our membership expired but she could renew for free. We asked “free?” And she confirmed it was a free renewal. She also said we were getting a pop for $2 on sale and a $5 coupon. We left and checked the receipt and sure enough she charged us $16 for a renewal of the membership and we didn’t get that coupon. She then proceeded to close the store because it was closing time. We feel she purposely did this to get us out so she could close and go home. We will be going back in and screaming at her. Making her upset and fearful. That will be what’s happening today. Nobody misdeeds ME.
