Keep reporting! I’ll keep reposting!!!If only I could give 0 stars. I am a former service manager of this company. I resigned from my position because I could no longer deal with the circus that is Gallagher Fire. For whatever reason since my resignation, the owner of the company believes he should throw dirt on my name while I’m not there to defend myself. So since he’s throwing dirt , I guess I’ll sling mud. This company is all about quantity over quality. The owner encourages this type of behavior. He has literally instructed me to send technicians to certain locations because he knows they will rag and tag and move on to the next inspectionThe general manager of this location is actually a decent guy. But once you begin to peel back the layers of his two faces, you will find that this man has the backbone of a box jellyfish. He has all the power in the world to make the needed changes for that company to become more efficient and provide a better service but instead he just sits in his office and keeps his mouth closed at the expense of the technicians.Picture if you will working for a company where you can show up whenever you want, or even at all, and there’s no consequences. There is absolutely no structure whatsoever to this company. In my time at that company, I’ve only seen one person written up and it just so happens to be a female that was a single mom. They actually put her on a 90 day probation. I think that’s fair? Well, it’s not considering they have a technician that they have to call every morning to make sure that he’s awake to make it to the job. Background check and drug testing are not a part of the hiring process at Gallagher Fire.. The only thing they checked for is your driving record and with that being said, somehow there are still guys there with multiple DUIs that are on the roadLet’s get down to the nitty-gritty. If you had your system service by Gallagher Fire, you have surely been swindled. Only the bare minimum is being done for your inspections. Have you ever noticed that they never have to relight your appliances when they’re done? Well, that’s because the gas valve isn’t being tested nor is your alarm. Airflow tests are required to be done once a year for kitchen suppression system. This has been brought up to the owner multiple times, and he refuses to buy the equipment necessary to perform the service reason being it, cut down on the number of inspections that the technicians are able to complete during the day again quantity over quality! If you’re in the city for Saint Clair Shores, Eastpointe, Birmingham, and you recently had a Hydro test on your cylinders you have been taken. You were charged six or $7000 for Hydro test but all that was done is your cylinders were taken down took to a car wash power washed brought back to your location and put back in service. Talk about unethical!#Ansul requires that you change more components than just a cylinder when conducting a Hydro test. Guess what Gallagher is not an authorized #Ansul dealer. They cannot get the parts required when doing a Hydrotest.Think they’ll let the customers know that? No they won’t,charge full price for doing half of the service.#Roush #Andiamo #Leos #Kerbys#Wendys I hope all you guys see this especially Roush, considering your system was left down for months with you being unaware. #Shields Pizza on Woodward too. The owner of Gallagher knew that the system was down at shields and his statement to me was it’s just a pizza oven. Absolutely no regard for the safety of the owner and the workers ofthat establishment. The owner of Gallagher Fire, Mr. Allen Ross is an extremely petty person so I expect a response to this review. But just know Mr. Ross if you get on here and try to attack my character or discredit me any more than you have, your reply will be met with the uploading of pictures text message and email threads to verify everything that I stated in this review. KEEP MY NAME OUT YOUR MOUTH !!

What is concerning this company has a long history of lying, I read reviews, and alot of people have the same experience, they also follow ex-employees around and harass them as well.. I would think twice to do any business with these people, they seem to treat customers badly and also ex-employees, they have a high turn around rate for employees.. So they will reply to my comment , but look at the many reviews, it seems people have the same experience as we had . This company, needs to understand, what the word professional means, as he lacks the understanding.. and He lacks the understanding of what respect means... I have checked all over the internet and found alot of this information related to this company about the things they do to other people ... It needs to stop, or no one will hire your company, or work for your company other than a bad element.... "drug addicts" Every bad review, this guy says, its a fake customer... that should tell you all you need to know about him....

I was told there was a 30 day review on my day of interview, I was fired by the team leader in the fire alarm side on my 2nd week of employment. My last day I was told by that team leader I move like a 80 year old man when I am 34 years old, witch is not true, the week before I was told how good I was doing on my first week, that following second wk. We were set build wire a job and install devices within 3 weeks of time frame, me and the other crew member had that done in one week and I was told the last day of us wiring and installing devices I move like a 80 year old, Needless to say on my last day I was told to drive 30mins out my way to pick up my check at office and speak with the owner of company. The owner never handed over my check told me I will be seeing it in mail, and the owner shows me a pic taken by the team leader of me sitting down on break playing on my phone (I only took breaks when the crew did). The owner tells me we do not take breaks in this line of work... This company in 2 week I have seen operates in a mess....

I recently hired Gallagher Fire Equipment for a fire suppression system installation in my restaurant located in Downtown Farmington, and I am beyond impressed with their fast and great service. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. The price was fair, other companies will charge you extra for things you don’t need. I highly recommend their services. ?

If you own small businesses do not use this company. They will call your local fire department and create problems for you. This has to be the worst fire inspection company in metro Detroit. We have used them multiple times always issue.

Obviouly they have enough clients who they know will use them forever. Cusomer's time means nothing to this company. They promised to do an inspection and finally did after several months and tons of calls. They promised to provide a quote a couple weeks ago, but they didn't. I called today again and they promised will send a quote today and of course they didn't. Tired. Can't trust this company.

So We recently had a pipe burst and needed to get someone out quick for an emergency inspection on our Fire Suppression System; I was finding out that very few companies work on a system like ours anymore, I literally called that morning and Art who was easy to talk to and knowledgeable in our system said' Let me get Steve out there this morning" and he did as promised...Steve was here 5 Hours, completed the inspection; told us next steps in layman terms so we could understand what was next and turned everything back to art for follow up......THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT AND I LOOK FORWARD TO FUTURE BUSINESSShawna
