I just wanted to say how truly grateful I am for Yasmein! I came in to 5/3 with a hand full of questions and quite a bit of financial stress. Yasmein was so knowledgeable and helpful. In the 20 mins we spoke, we came up with a “game plan” for my finances and now I feel SO relieved, knowing I am in good hands with 5/3.She gave me vital information/education about my accounts and really took the time to answer each of my questions thoroughly and concisely so that I fully understood each of my options. Not only that, but now I understand what I’ve done to cause the monthly service fees I’ve been receiving so that I can avoid causing more. She was so personable, nonjudgmental, and seemed to have a true passion for customer service and the ability to help others.Thank you again, Yasmein, for all your help today!! Your support truly took a huge weight off my shoulders!

I drove to this location this morning and arrived about 8:50am. I waited in line to see which lane would be open. At 9:00 am, I approached the window it was dark so I went around and noticed several cars and people inside. I went around again and waited at the 1st teller window. While I was waiting I saw two staff members in the window as I was waiting both said nothing. As I waited a fee minutes longer, I observed a staff member place a sign in the window and leave. I exited my vehicle and walked over to read the sign and it said temporarily closed. Wow unbelievable is what I thought. Poor customer service and communication skills Very disappointing since I have been with this bank for about 12 years. This is the 2nd instance. The other time a fee months ago, I was waiting to receive my cash in drive-thru when another customer a Caucasian female was quickly helped and left. I waited at least 30 minutes to be helped and was utterly shocked by the quickness of the staff assisting this customer. A fee years ago this used to be a great branch with great staff now it is horrible. I will never return to this location.

Do not deal with bank. Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone at this branch. I've been trying for 2 days. I can't close my account fast enough

Nice location which is close to quite a few shopping centers and restaurants. We had to turn into the Huntington Bank parking lot and turn left into the location or turn into the parking lot right AFTER to get to it..They have great interest rates that you need to look into.Their drive through is very convenient.

Went in to setup a business checking and saving account. Didn't receive a welcome package no account number nothing just a business card. Also, I was told I had to wait to get a saving account. Left there feeling profiled. Total lack of respect.

I was 2nd in line at Dt arriving @ 11:39am, got to tube w no slips in it @11:57 & was finally done @12:12. Cars behind me either honked or flipped me off, thinking I was doing more than a simple cash withdrawal. There was no communication as to what the hold up was. Normally I deal w 5th3rd via debit or online but it wasn't possible today.

This banks mobile app will keep checks deposited for OVER week before you see the money in your account. DO NOT USE this bank if you want to obtain the money you make from your paycheck. They hold it for a week and half before they can give you the money you made. Then they tell you there is nothing they can do but keep your money for an obnoxious amount of time before they give it to you.

Lena absolutely saved my day! I somehow managed to get my debit card stuck in an ATM machine and I called the 5/3 line in a panic. Lena picked up the phone and calmed me down, empathized with me, and went above and beyond to help me with options to help me get a new card. She even offered to help in person if I needed any additional assistance at her branch. About a week later, she followed up with me to make sure I received my card. I am so grateful for the help and support in my moments of crisis! Thanks again Lena for being so thoughtful and caring of your customers!

Every time I go into the 2 offices Livonia and Wixom the service has been excellent. Sometimes their might be a couple In line before me but they have needs also.

I have a debit card for my accounts and since Friday,I have been trying it for groceries at 2 Krogers and a Walmart in my area. The card has been declined at all 3. There's money in the account. I went to the atm in walmart toget cash declined. Then I went to get cash at bank of America, declined. Then on to Huntington for cash.The atm told me I am not authorized to use the card and it told me we are taking it. Some one better take care of this ,get my card from Huntington andGet it done or if I have to get a new card at no fly of mine it it here very fast no 2 weeks. I didn't give 53 bank 5 stars

I mobile deposit my checks had no issue untill the last one and it got held for a week, i went to deposit my check at the bank and usually i get my money right away now i have to wait, i dont recommend because you never know when youll get your money you earned for
