My experience at Feldman Chevrolet (Livonia) has always been pleasant. The service dept. personnel as well as the sales representatives has been nothing less than A-1.To just say that I was satisfied, would be an understatement.

I was skeptical at first. I was put with an employee who was assisting someone already and I felt like my business wasn’t important. I was then placed with another rep (Sloan) who was FANTASTIC! He was knowledgeable and very helpful. We completed my purchase in less than an hour. (Adam)the finance manager also did a good job discussing my options.

BEWARE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!Terrible customer service in their service department. The way they talk to customers is shocking.Doug and Chuck in their service department are scam artists. Trying to charge me for something I never signed off on and telling me it’s a charge because it’s a “gray area” in GM’s Warranty policy. After I told them to take the part off my car because I wasn’t going to pay for the unauthorized service they started arguing with me and told me they weren’t going to do it. They finally released my car, no charge, and told me to never come back… don’t worry, I WOULD NEVER COME BACK!

Service Department review: the advisors are disappointing. Last visit was for drop off and shuttle driver said they were 10-15 mins away. Fast forward 30+ minutes and no shuttle, no update. The service manager didn’t seem to care. I took an Uber.Now, I need retro fit parts from a new vehicle purchase. Call Center scheduling is useless. They have a script. They don’t know anything else. I ask for another service since they have to keep the vehicle all day and I’m told they have to keep it overnight. If I drop off at 7am scheduled for an appointment then it makes no sense that the vehicle can’t be checked with in 10 hours. If you are 2-3 days behind like Brendan the adviser said: how are you giving me an appointment for retro fit so quickly. I should not have to leave my vehicle for days. I even asked for a day that they were not overbooked so I could get it back same day with both issues resolved. Nothing.The location is convenient, which is why I’ve continued going.

I was spoken to quickly upon arrival. The employee was transparent about what he was doing and what he needed from me. I was treated with a level of care that I have not experienced at this dealership before today, and the person who helped me told me it was their second day.

Michael was amazing. He helped my family and I secure a great car at a great rate. He made the entire process smooth. Made sure we had any and everything we needed.The entire staff was amazing. Special shout out to Michael and Adam, they’re awesome!!

This is in regards to the Service Department. I made an appointment to get service work done on my husband's truck. A service light was on. When I dropped it off, they scanned the computer and said there's an error code so it should help them troubleshoot. That was the good news.The bad news was that they wouldn't even LOOK at the truck for 3 days. Then what's the point of making an appointment if you know that you are 3 days behind? It was a Thursday so I was willing to leave the truck for the weekend.My husband had to call for an update on Monday and they said they finally assigned the truck to a technician. They called on Tuesday with the results. Then we never heard another word for 3 more days. He had to call them and finally got word that it was ready this morning. It took a whole week to repair, and again, I had an appointment! I understand that the actual repairs can take a while, but it's ridiculous that they don't even diagnose the vehicle on the same day as the appointment. If they are that far behind schedule, they should block off new appointments until they catch up.The actual repairs seem fine, just be prepared to leave your vehicle for a week if you choose to use this dealership for service.

Service bay was very agitating on my recent trip. Made an appointment and was told it would be 4 days. They did fix that. However the day it was done I was called at 740 in the morning (I work mid nights) to tell me it was ready. I did not receive it nor the voicemail.A second call later in the day would have made this smoother.

Charged me $506.00 labor to install a evaporative purge valve.($51.27 part) that took them 45 minutes.Update:Contacting the manager as instructed in their reply accomplished nothing.The engine light came back on giving the same code that we brought the car in to begin with.Turns out the electrical system work our service rep.assured us the car needed to complete the repair and apparently raise the price considerably was nonsense and something no other mechanic we have spoken to since has ever heard of! So because of other issues we've had at this dealership and the way they severely price gouged us on this repair we will take our business elsewhere.

I was welcomed right away for my scheduled oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Work was completed in 1 hour while I waited in the very nice waiting room. Upon completion, John proceeded to insure that the chips that where not available when purchasing my truck would be ordered.

As has been the case for my last couple of purchases, Gosha has been the perfect salesperson. Just the right amount of assistance. She doesn’t push and works to be as helpful as possible. Feldman will have my next purchase as well!

I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment. The Service Write assured me it was no problem. I dropped off my truck, caught a ride to work with courtesy shuttle. Work was completed in less than three hours. Easy peasy! Always pleased with service at Feldman.

Derrick was great to work with, he helped us get what we were looking for, and his attention to customer service was excellent.We returned to Feldman for the third time because the first 2 times Zak Baker was so helpful with the financial part of the deal.We will definitely be returning next time because of Derrick and Zak.
