This location proved that it’s one of the worst in the area, if I am not forced to deal with them for some returns and shipping I would never do that, always understaffed it take up to 30 minutes to drop off a package

Dropped off two packages to be returned to sender and one of them came back to me instead. I have to take another trip up there, which is disappointing. Store was clean and service was prompt though. Just wish it was done correctly.

Always friendly & helpful at this location. Its a bummer though when the equipment is down and I come to get a print. Its not the closest drive there for me & the other fed x's either dont have the printer i use &/or their customer service is rotten. This one really tries and the workers do well on Plymouth Rd, Livonia MI.
