The girl working morning shift 8-13-24 at the 6 mile Livonia location was less than friendly. No hello. Not a can I help you. “ what do you have” I had a return with an email QR code for fed package and shipping label from the company. Seemed extremely annoyed all she had to do was scan a QR code and hand me a receipt. No eye contact. No have a good day, good bye. I had to ask if I was all set. I actually told HER TO HAVE A NICE DAY. No response. Honestly the only reason I dropped this off at fed ex was because the product retailer only gave fed ex as an option. This person needs better training or back room work where she doesn’t have to work with public.

Abysmal customer service, scanner not even plugged into PC, employee couldn't figure that out; they owe me a refund for the time I purchased and the failure of advertised services.

My child waited till the last minute to complete a school project. These guys were open and while I had to $.19 a B/W copy, they were helpful in getting us in and out as fast as possible.

Horrible place to do business with. I had taken a flash drive in to have 39 drawings printed in blueprint size. I was perfectly fine paying $5.40 per page. At checkout, once all 39 pages were printed and completed I was told I'd have to pay an additional $35 promt printing fee or I couldn't have my documents until 8:00 the following morning. So after waiting in person for one hour for my documents, I was extorted in order to leave with the documents that were already printed. The employee never brought this to my attention until the time of checkout. Had I known this, I could have left an hour sooner, with my $35, and just returned the following morning. These people are criminals who ambush and extort customers. Take your business elsewhere.

Rude. They were trying to change to prior out the shipping labels in PDF file. They are scammer. Other locations never charge for this.

Greeted by the staff quickly. Told them my needs. They knew exactly how to handle the item. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks Bonni!

Thursday, August 24th, 730am. Nastiest woman behind the counter with a king sized attitude. Surliest, meanest woman I've encountered in retail! We were shipping various sized packages back to the office from a charity golf outing. She immediately asked what I was doing when I brought boxes in and grouped them near the retail section away from the fedex counter so she could continue to help customers. I told her, I'm bringing in packages to ship. She said I know that. What are you doing?! Eye rolling, don't do this, don't do that. We were dropping off heavy packages and I told her I would write the dims on the boxes if she gave me a tape measure. You don't do that. That's my job. I do that. When my coworker went over to the floor scale to help her put the boxes on the scale, she said, watch you doin? You don't need to watch me do my job. I'll put the boxes on cause there's cameras and they're watching. I don't know what her problem was but she had a huge chip on her shoulder! No customer went unpunished! One gentleman politely asked if they offered tape or should he buy it. She told him we're not supposed to give you tape! I can't do that. After his interaction with her, he just paid for the tape and walked out with his package! Another person came in for a print project and was told the Canon printer was down. She asked why she wasn't called about the delay since she gave the project to them the day before. This woman told her I don't know why. I wasn't here yesterday. That was them!Fedex, I'm shocked that this behavior is tolerated by management! Just look at the previous reviews, it's happening often!! Lost business FedEx... Maybe forever.

There was no wait time at all. Kiara provided inputs in selecting shipping options, adding missing fields in package air bill. The process was quick. Thanks for the good work.
