I took my 85 yo Dad here for a haircut, who is in a wheelchair . I showed Stacy a picture of him after his last haircut and asked for it to be shorter on the sides. She cleaned him up wonderfully and he looks so handsome. His eyebrows have never looked so great! I will be bringing him back. The salon is very clean and all the workers were friendly. Great place!

Like how my hair turned out and I really liked my stylist, but $45 (plus $9 tip) is far, far too expensive for a shampoo and blow dry that took all of 45 minutes. I will never go back here for that reason alone.

Ladies, if you have curly hair that is weighted down and looks straight... if you ask for dead-end and layers.... Let me tell you... I was very scared when I left the salon because the hairdresser cut my hair dry and straight... I thought it would look horrible and that I would have to go elsewhere to get it fixed... got home. Washed my hair and styked... it doesn't look bad at all.

I don't even now where to begin except by expressing my extreme gratitude and heartfelt opinion of the owner (Jaime) and staff at their Middle Belt Rd. in Livonia location. From our first call thru our entire experience with this salon has been overwhelmingly positive. Let me explain. We have a 15 year old autistic son who has not gotten a haircut in quite some time and due to his lack of hair care was riddled with mats and tangles. He is cursed with extreme social anxiety. Jaime assured us that she would take care of our son, even if it took several trips to achieve our goals. First to get the mats out and then to finally get him looking presentable again. She even provided us with her direct number to accommodate scheduling when he was ready to commit. During every visit Jaime was patient and understanding, even though we couldn't make the first couple of appointments due to our son changing his mind last minute and refusing to go. Also, her staff member Ricki was a pleasure to work with during this process. I can't say enough about how pleased and happy we are to have found a salon that was truly compassionate and dedicated to working with clients with special needs. Thank you Jaime for we are forever indebted for your services and will be loyal customers for life. I would highly recommend Jaime and staff to all of my family and friends. The Manning family

I am absolutely unsatisfied with this salon and do not recommend it to anyone. I came with a photo of how I would like my hair, and after 5 hours of having my hair done, it turned out brassy, orange, and yellow. Not to mention, it’s not even blended with the dark roots, there are harsh lines instead of it being blended. I was still charged $200.00 for this terrible hair color and now need to get a color correction at a different salon, and pay again for this botched hair!! I contacted the salon again to fix this, and they wanted me to wait a week to get it fixed, which I will not leave the house with this yellow and orange hair.
