Finally found a functional trainer (power rack with cables) that checked all the boxes. Matt was great in helping me pick out all of the equipment I was looking for, including bumper plates, new barbell, attachments, flooring, etc. The install price on the flooring and set up was more than fair. I'm very happy with the entire process and quality of the equipment.

Matt suggested the Bodycraft F770 Hyperextension/Roman Chair when I stopped in to see what they had available.
Not only is this beautiful piece of equipment solid, safe, heavy duty, but it is adjustable in three areas so that people of different heights can use it comfortably. The waist pad is adjustable in three settings so you can work your back, butt, obliques, etc.
Matt had shown me the Bodycraft squat rack in the store to explain the quality I was getting, and he showed me pictures of the bench online because it was in a box. So, I took it home not really know how big or heavy it would be.
I could not be happier with this purchase! It felt like Christmas morning setting up this beautiful addition to our weight room!
Thank you Matt! If I talk my husband into the functional trainer, I’ll be back to see you!

Great local exercise equipment store. The best in Michigan. They have experienced salesman that know their products. Much better than any online or any big box store. Matt took the time to show us all of the options and how to work the equipment. The install team was outstanding. Great products, prices and people.

Great customer service and excellent price!The motor I ordered for my treadmill was on back-order, so FPW contacted me to ensure I wanted to wait for the order to come through. They called me and emailed me to ensure I was notified. They gave me an estimated time to fulfill the order and beat their estimate by a several weeks. Awesome customer service.The motor I ordered arrived in in good condition because it was packaged well. The installation instructions were easy to follow - my treadmill was running again in less than an hour.I looked at more than 8 websites, including ebay for the motor and it was $100 cheaper on FPW than any other site.The treadmill is like new and I couldn't be happier! Thanks, FPW. I'll be back if I need more parts, so hopefully never, but it's more than likely I'll return.

This entire purchase process has been effortless and professional! Exercise Warehouse is a premier supplier of quality gym equipment. I have been a customer for over 10 years. The elliptical I purchased from them is still fully functional. I made a recent purchase of some Body Solid and Batca equipment and am very pleased with the quality. Great place to learn about which machine is good for you and why. Matt is a walking exercise machine google, he has the answer to everything about exercise machines and the brand too. Will be back when I'm ready for my elliptical cause my treadmill is awesome. THANKS AGAIN MATT!!

I've bought equipment from Exercise Warehouse over the years and they've always been there when I had a question. Today, they continued to amaze me when Matt took the time to look up information about a product I bought from them nearly 20 years ago. Turns out he determined it has a lifetime warranty and he's ordering me what I need to fix the issue. Incredible service!

Incredible experience from start to finish! We purchased a Bodycraft RFT, bumper plates, and additional cable handles and couldn't be happier. Matt (the manager) was super professional and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide information about the rack, and even discussed options for a better at home workout with the rack. Our rack was back ordered and he kept us informed every step of the way. It took a couple of weeks to receive but once Exercise Warehouse received word of its arrival, Matt contacted me to schedule the delivery within a week.The guys that came out to deliver and install the rack did all the work in under 2 hours and required no work for me. They were very professional! I will 100% come back to Exercise Warehouse and wouldn't purchase equipment anywhere else.

My wife and I were looking for a rower. We first went to the Utica store, where the salesman, Josh, enthusiastically recommended the Aviron rower. He did this despite the fact that he did not have one to demo in the Utica store - he could have pushed something else in the store in an attempt to get an immediate sale but he instead encouraged me to go to the Livonia store to look at the Aviron. I went to the Livonia store and spoke with Matt who did a complete demonstration of this state of the art rowing machine for me. The Exercise Warehouse salespeople made shopping in brick and mortar stores worthwhile - and we love our new rower!
