Our funeral home's cooler stopped working and Ever Kold was able to get us in quickly. Matt was extremely professional, efficient and polite. He quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone in need of refrigeration service.

We love Ever Kold! I work in a healthcare facility. They are always punctual, professional and clean! I forgot to mention TIMELY! When one of our refrigerators goes down, we need it fixed ASAP! They never disappoint. Holidays, weekends are never an issue! Mike and Adam a careful around our operation and fit in as one of the team. They follow all of our regulatory rules and policies! Absolute rip off! They charge you for driving time, first time I’ve ever heard of such a ridiculous scam! Was at my store for 2 hours charged me $700 and didn’t fix anything.

Called the office at 9:30am on a holiday weekend that my ice maker went down. The tech on the phone informed me of an weekend/holiday hourly rate of $150hr. I had no issue paying this rate because it was a busy weekend. The tech was able to get the ice maker working temporarily. At 12:30pm the tech comes with a invoice for the work completed. He billed me for 4hrs of work @150hr plus a $30.00 trip fee. Now simple math would suggest we’ll you should be billed for $330. Nope the tech billed me from 9:30am-1:30pm. He billed me for coming out to do the job then billed me to go home. I asked the rep to speak to his boss. He provided a # of his boss and his boss was even more rude. He said his guys don’t work for free and this is an industry standard. I’m sorry but i don’t think so! Please do not use unless your okay getting scammed!! Will definitely never recommend stay away!!

I have an older commercial unit in my garage. Most places wouldn’t even talk to me about the repair. Matt the owner was personable, professional and very affordable. I booked an appointment, received a call letting me know they were coming and arrived on time. Adam the servicer was great! Helpful, patient, did a great job. I can’t recommend these guys enough, they are the best!!!

Very professional, timely and knowledgeable company. Called for a quote on a wine cellar installation. The owner came out within 2 days. Quote was ready 2 days later. Reasonably priced and feel confident that I'll love it. Moving forward with job. Thanks.
