This hotel was one of the worst hotels that we have stayed at. The room took 1.5 hours longer than everyone else to get. I was told I was going to get a text when it was ready and that never happened. When we got to our room the toilet wouldn't flush, they sent maintenance and he didn't do anything. The front desk sent someone again and they never showed up. I asked again and no one showed up again. I couldn't recommend to stay away from this place. Nobody was helpful there!Noteworthy details: Stay away from this place!!!

The staff was cool, but the rest was average at best. The grout in the bathroom/hallway was dirty, and the floors were sticky. Amenities were pretty bland as well. They do have a restaurant, but it has very limited hours. For a business trip where you only care about sleep and work it's probably an OK deal, but for anything else I'd look elsewhere.

I had a reservation from march 20 - 25 for my birthday on march 21, and I ended up checking out on the 22 because in 2 nights I was switch to 3 different rooms, the next two rooms were worse then the first. One room the furniture was tore up, and had a strong mildew odor, the second one was not properly cleaned & the sofa bed had bugs in it, the third one the ceilings was caving in the bathroom. That was the worst birthday experience I’ve ever had and I will never stay there again.

One word, GROSS. Hotel isn't being cleaned. Found blood on my sheets. Hotel rooms aren't being deeply cleaned after each guest. Everything about this place isn't up to standards for an Embassy Suites. The only positive is the hotel location. I wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms are very old and kind of disgusting. The sink did not drain and the stool didn't flush properly. The elevators didn't work properly. The "free" breakfast was not even worth it! Way over priced for the quality. They need to update or better yet, tear it down and start over. Would not stay here again.

My family and I all booked rooms for my son’s birthday weekend on Saturday. And we had plans to go to Dave & Buster’s on Sunday. Throughout the whole night my family and I were in and out of each other rooms. The kids came to my room because my son brought his video game so as I go get pizza the General Manager called to do a wellness check due to an incident that happened at another hotel in Southfield and one of my nephews (a kid) answered the phone and he questioned my nephew on how many people were in the room. I got a call while I was out from the GM telling me he was going to charge my card for the extra people in the room. I told him they were only in there to play the video game not stay the night in so many words he said it don’t matter. I was charged $100 and I paid an extra $25 for a late checkout that I still haven’t received when I ended up checking out earlier after being so disgusted and annoyed by this hotel. I usually always book The Embassy in Romulus and that’s where I will stay for now on. I didn’t have a good experience at all this hotel definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Wish I could give zero stars.

My experience was terrible. I booked the room for a family getaway and when I arrived and went into my room both beds had blood splatter on it. I called down to the front desk and asked for the sheets to be changed while we went to the pool. I returned to my room and the sheets had not been changed. I called the front desk again and was told housekeeping left but he would find someone to come up and change the sheets. 45 minutes later I heard a knock at the door and when I went to open the door the linen was sitting on the ground with no one in sight.I decided to go down to the front desk and on my way there I bumped into the supervisor and explained my issues. She came upstairs to change the sheets but decided to remind me multiple times that housekeeping was gone. In total it took 3 hours for someone to change blood splattered sheets and all that was offered was chocolate for my children. I requested a room change and was told they were booked and had no additional rooms.

Nice place, Frontdesk staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast area large and great selection of food. I would recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful suites. The breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable.Food & drinks: The made to order omelets and breakfast each morning was wonderful!

1- Kitchen staff very rude. Me and other guests were looking for to go cups for coffee, staff let myself and several other guests know that the kitchen manager advised them not to put to go cups out. I have never been to a hotel or a Hilton who does not have to go cups for coffee very sad- Get it together Embassy Livonia. Also, change up the options for breakfast same items daily, change it up or hire a new chef.2- Friday/Saturday nights here are a joke. I don’t understand why they allow these guests to have all these unregistered guests in the pool/rooms. I have been here since February and these parties are a joke so loud at night etc..I used to visit this hotel frequently because of the convenience, but they have gone down over the past 3 years. Decided to give it a try again not very pleased.

We've been coming here for a winter pool weekend for the past several years but this was our last year. The pool is always so overcrowded with unsupervised kids. There were at least 10 kids in the hot tub. My kids couldn't even enjoy themselves because of how rowdy everyone was. No clean towels available and dirty towels all over the floor and chairs.Having two end rooms by the stairs, our rooms were at least quiet and mostly clean, though our fridge was iced over and not running. The breakfast which is normally pretty good was quite bad, tasteless eggs, the sausage was questionable and the juice machines either didn't work or were 98% water. The front desk staff was nice and helpful and the location is good, but that's not enough to ever come back.

Checked in on Friday February 23 thru Monday February 26, 2024. My room was not cleaned My entire stay. Called the front desk on Saturday February 24 to notify them of the problem they stated that the cleaning staff left for the day but they would be sure to clean my room the following day. Left the room on Sunday February 25 at 12 noon and returned at 8pm and the room still had not been cleaned.Called front desk same response but they did send fresh towels. I went to the front desk on Monday February 26, at 8am and spoke with front desk Manager Ms.Jackson and she apologized for the inconvenience and asked how could she accommodate me for my inconvenience. I stated that I wasn't paying for a service that I did not receive and that my money should be refunded. Ms. Jackson agreed but stated that since I booked through a third party she could only offer travel points. I told Ms. Jackson I wasn't interested in Travel points that I would notify my Bank of this incident for my refund. Ms.Jackson called and stated that her cleaning staff had cleaned my room and to add insult to the injury that she would wave the cleaning fee. Further more she insulted my integrity by stating that I requested no cleaning service. This is totally Unacceptable and please never stay here.

I never thought Checking into a room could’ve been so much of a headache rooms need to be more cleaned especially far as the smell everything else wasn’t so bad !! During check out the guy that’s there today didn’t care to anything I had to say nor any of my issues or Concerns
