Kristin from Elite Reality went above and beyond for us! I highly recommend her. We needed to find a rental home for our family in 30 days we thought it would be impossible. We told Kristin what we were looking for and in a week and a half she helped us find a beautiful home that was perfect for our family! She is very communicative, she listened to what we were looking for, she was friendly didn’t rush us, helped us ask questions and was just overall great to work with. I worked with Riley Miller on my purchase. I was living out of state at the time, and she was more than accommodating and efficient. She went to multiple cities doing virtual tours with me until we found the perfect home for me. By the end of the process, she had negotiated my purchase price down over $10,000. Rebecca did a great job working with us to find our new home. We kept her busy day and night looking up information and disclosures for our house hunt.
When we were discouraged after missing out on bids for several different homes, she kept saying. "You will find something better" She was correct, we finally did find it, and it exceeded our expectations!
To any prospective buyers out there, make sure you have your proof of finances ready with your realtor. The market is very volatile and the best homes are only listed for 3 days! You have to be quick on the trigger and have your offer ready any time day or night to be successful.
We found out many homes here are going for above asking price, you won't like it, but that is the way it is. Be ready to buy as is because the competition is doing that. And if you can swing it, cash is king in purchasing a house.

Kristin + Elite Realty made buying my first home the easiest experience!!! She was extremely transparent throughout the process and flexible with her schedule. She is so sweet and welcoming as well! She quickly put together a great offer and we closed on the first house we saw. She had great lender and inspector recommendations.
