I dealt with Prism Specialties as a result of my insurance company. Initially everything was working well with this company until it came to for payments. Instead of the company sending the invoice to the insurance company the accountant sent the invoice to the public adjuster which obviously delayed the company receiving their payment. After several calls with accountant who I might add is RUDE a check was sent by the insurance company. The check did not clear. Instead of the accountant calling the insurance company back she insisted that I make the payment. No matter how I suggested that she follow up with the insurance company she insisted that I resolve the issue. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to regarding this issue and she told me NO! You have to deal with me. I hung up, called back spoke to someone else, explained the situation and suggested that they call the insurance company and submit a new invoice for the issue to be resolved

We had sewer water damage in our basement and our insurance company sent Prism. They came, took our items, and we have yet to receive them back even though our insurance adjuster called and stated they had received an invoice for services rendered. Our adjuster called to ask if we had received our items because they had received an invoice and we stated that it had all been taken care of. Weeks later and we have called several times, received no return correspondence nor have we received our items back. They have been paid by our insurance company and even if they hadn't been, that is a matter between them. We have no recourse and at this point just want our stuff back. I wouldn't give them 0 stars only because they came and the men who took our items were nice.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

ERS stored items for us during restoration work. They were communicative and very helpful in coordinating pickup and return of a baby grand piano and large appliances. Shawntel was especially helpful!

Prism specialties puts the special in specialties,helping people who have been struck by disaster,the employees across their diffrent departments are a cut above other companies because they really care and do the utmost to take care of peoples belongings,a good place to work no bias,if you or a loved one have been hit by disaster theres no better place to turn to than prism for restoring what you may think is lost.

The most professional team I've ever had. Thee workers came in, one person was in charge and they worked together so smoothly they must an excellent traing program for learning their work and how to treat customers.The organization of the team made the job flow without a hitch. I strongly recommend Prism for any emergency help. They were the only company that could come to the rescue the same day. We had a House Fire in April of 2021 and to say the least it left us in shock and dismay. BUT Prism Specialties were there every step of the way to help us recover. Their Staff while we were under a lot of stress supported us with Magnificent Professionalism, Understanding and they answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns with Top Priority. I only wish I could of thanked each employee personally. Despite 4 years of College I lack the right words to say "Thank You." While I hope this never happens again but if it does I know Prism Specialties of Michigan will be there to get us back on track! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OF DEDICATED PROFESSIONALS!!:)

This company is a scam. Their integrity is horrible. Please don't fall into the trap that I did. Losing everything in a fire is enough. Their customer service is dishonest. They manipulate by giving false information and failed to meet any deadline. They also overcharged the insurance company.

The Owner and General Manager of this company are scam artists. Do Not let anyone from this company into your home or business. They will absolutely rip you off and charge a fortune for anything they do. At your home, they will enter and take every piece of electrical equipment, say they will clean it(if they actually will) charge an outrageous price, and even charge you for transportation and storage of your items even though you never gave them permission. They will use language like "your insurance company said to take everything " or "its better to have everything checked out" etc. The work they do is cheap at best! If its a business that needs work done, they will hire people from a temp agency, give them zero training, pay them very little, and charge your insurance company top dollar to have these "professionally trained technicians " to service your equipment. They are con men and only have 1 interest in mind, and that is to charge the most money possible! If they give you a quote on how much the cost will be, I guarantee you that it will be WAY more in the end! Please read all other reviews on all different websites to back my statements up. This is a horrible company, and the owner/general manager are horrible people that only care about their wallets. Leo Gusfa is the G.M and he looks like a Rat for identification purposes. Also, don't let him around young female employees of your business or your children in your home. He is a sicko/creap!!
