Had an issue with a product that was just past it's warranty. The manager Amanda Taylor took excellent care of me and provided me top notch service and professionalism. I showed an obvious defect in a product and they were able to exchange the item for a new one. This was 1990's service in the post-covid era. I highly recommend this store.

Just left the Laurel Park Livonia store. Assistant manager greeted me with, "Hey, what's up?" Wasn't in the mood for rude greeting and discourteous service which is what I wanted to speak to her about. Grrr.... Went to Von Maur store instead.
Like night and day.

No surprise that the warranty on clothes has gone away because the quality has totally gone down the drain. I guess along with their customer service. The supposed one year warranty doesn’t even apply apparently. Went in to update my fall wardrobe and get some exchanges on worn out items that were only THREE MONTHS OLD! Essentially got told to kick rocks… guess I’ll be doing my shopping a few doors down instead.
