Don't expect great service from this place, especially if you purchased the detailing through Groupon. Almost immediately upon having the initial inspection, the employee who looked the car over said that they would need to charge an extra $40 if we expected them to wash the car, even though it was a full interior and exterior package. The original price was $300 and adding extra money to the price after the purchase is quite the scam in my opinion. We agreed to the extra price, even though I wanted to complain about the scam tactic immediately. Upon getting the car back, they told us to come back another day if we wanted to get the exterior cleaned. Terrible planning on their part, given we took the car in at 12 and got it back at closing. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Although my 20 year old van was already quite clean it just needed that last bit of fine toning and Dr detail when above and beyond to make this look like new. I thought my wheels were hopeless but they also turned out like new.

This is my second time coming here to support this business, and I am overly satisfied. I brought my vehicle in because my side mirrors has scratches on them. Matt helped with the issue and My car looks great!

Found Dr. Detail through a Groupon purchase. My car looks fantastic. The gentleman who did this work didn't miss a single thing. My salty carpets are spotless and my seats look brand new. Great job!Services: Steam cleaning

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Dr Detail left me feeling disappointed and underwhelmed.Despite the hefty $250 price tag, the quality of service I received was comparable to what I'd expect from a $50 car wash. The attention to detail was lacking; they waxed over bugs and failed to remove all of the wax residue. The inside was much better, however it would have been nice if they cleaned the windshield. While the final result was far from what I anticipated, I must commend the staff for their friendliness and positive attitude throughout the process.Though the staff was welcoming and pleasant to interact with, the overall service didn't meet my expectations. It's disappointing to say that I won't be returning to Dr Detail in the future.Services: Auto detailing

Good staff good service. My car looked very clean and smelled nice once they worked on it. Also reasonable compared to other places. They even have a few chairs to sit in case you have to wait while car gets serviced.Services: Steam cleaning

AMAZING!!! Kedar is absolutely AWESOME!! He made the entire detail experience just wonderful. He worked with me on the services and pricing. Because we were going to get a big storm on Saturday afternoon and because the interior of my truck had so much dog hair in it, Kedar was MORE THAN GENEROUS and offered to spend ALL his time on the interior and skip the exterior. Best decision!! The interior of my truck looks brand new, not a dog hair in sight. However, Kedar told me that after I got home and if I found dog hairs, I was to bring the truck back and he would go through it again. What great customer service is this???I'm more than happy to report that it wasn't necessary to bring my truck back because it's totally dog hair FREE!!I definitely would recommend Dr. Detail for all your detailing services. I know that I'll be going back the next time my truck needs to be seriously cleaned.Thank you Kedar!! I appreciate you so much!

I see that the incompetence I endured today was not uncommon.Scheduled an appointment a week prior to be told on the day of that I was not scheduled.Drove nearly a half hour.The remedy, “all I can do is apologize and reschedule you.”Service: Auto detailing

I had my car detailed at Dr. Detail. My car is a 2018 Ford fusion. It looks brand new after they detailed it. Amazing job! I recommend them to anyone who want their car detailed. Excellent!!!
