Very unprofessional!!! To start the employees we're very unprofessional and understaffed. They were arguing back and forth while trying to ring up customers. They had a line all the way through an aisle. This store used to be so clean and organized. The shelves are now very empty and items scattered everywhere. It's a mess. Good luck finding anything you're actually looking for. Many items are marked at wrong prices. You look at the tag priced but on your receipt you're charged a much higher price. Example. Body wash, tag said $3.... Cool. Later when I leave I see it's rang up for $5. I had 3 different items priced wrong. I only stop at this store for convenience on my way home from work. I live about 30 minutes away. I came home today to find that I'm missing an entire bag. If the employees were focused on doing their jobs and not arguing or rushing to leave when the store didn't close for another 2 while hours this may have not have happened. I even asked the young man if that was everything and he said "yes". Shame that this store has gone down hill. I understand mistakes happen but the employees were beyond stressed. Dollar general please do better!!!!!

Extremely disorganized and don’t talk to you the entire time you’re checking out. Would rather listen to their music and play on their phone full time. Where do you hire these people?

This store is absolutely disgusting.The floors are filthy, the shelves are empty & there are boxes all over the place. It seems that the employees here don’t do much while on the clock. I was in here shopping for about 10 minutes and I witnessed the employees doing nothing while there is clearly a mile long list of things that need to be stocked and cleaned.

The store is a mess, interior and exterior, and needs some sprucing. This store is being neglected. Stop lowering standards of presentation. The FM or Regional FM needs to incorporate a monthly inspection process to ensure such attention and service levels are being met.

This store needs help. I've seen it slowly go down over the past 18 years. The one stars are true. Always stock in the aisles and lately it's closed during normal business hours. I would like to see the store turn around.

Please give this store another chance, if you haven’t been there in the last month or so. Brand new Store Manager, CJ and Assistant Manager, Tori and their team are really transforming this store. It’s been a huge undertaking, but in under 2 months there is a HUGE difference! They are all so friendly and welcoming! It’s one of my favorite DGs now!

This store is constantly full of boxes and crates full of boxes with products. Shelves are usually bare. You can't push your cart due to no room down 50% if the isles. I've been going in here for to it being the closest one for 3 years and it's been like that the entire time is NEVER as tidy as these pictures are. They need new management and more reliable staff.

don't we deserve better!!!!! why are we expected to spend our hard earned dollars in these conditions? do you think dollar general in west bloomfield would look like this...have their customers be subjected to this! this is a disgrace! show some respect for the people that keep your store open and clean this mess up! who owns this store...get it together or sale it to someone who cares!!!!!

The floor is dirty. There is stuff literally everywhere to the point you can’t even walk down half the isles. Everything on the shelves is disorganized. They make it so difficult to shop and I’m honestly surprised no one has been hurt.
