On Monday I went to ask about the 4 tires for my car, they ordered them and within an hour they called me that I could go and install them, in 1 hour my car was ready, they changed the 4 air valves and the TPMS continued to work correctly , very grateful to the guys who did the work and I think Jake took care of me, his attitude was excellent (sorry if I remember his name wrong) but they are very professional, I 100% recommend this store, thank you very much

Super hot guys working the front dealt with an inventory glitch that kept me waiting two hours by cheering me up with an actual discount on tires. Still a happy customer after all these years. I give a a lot of credit to any hard working company that can maintain decade after decade. Thanks!

We went to Discount Tire tonight after work. We had a slow leaking tire. My husband went to Mike's Tire and Auto repair earlier in the week and was told after only a visual inspection, that he could see nothing in the tire and to come back if it went flat. Yeah, I don't recommend Mike's!
Anyway, from the moment we interacted with Mizel at Discount Tire, we were treated with a very courteous, prompt and professional manner. The store was clean and everyone there had a fantastic attitude. We work in retail so we really appreciate great service! The technician, Josh (sorry if I got your name wrong) that worked on the tire took time to tell us what was done and thanked us for coming in. In and out in 30 minutes after 5 pm. It was a welcome surprise to find out the service was no charge! I will recommend them to everyone! Bravo! Thank you again!!!
Edit since visit. Mike from Mike's Tire shop did reach out to apologize for our lack of service, he was out of town. We did appreciate his sincerity.

Had 2 tires with slow leaks and was dealing with it with my portable tire inflater. Caught a nail that pierced the lining as l traveled into MI. We're from Haverhill, MA, and l let the associate know l had very little money and wanted to do what was cheapest. They were fabulous! Showed me the cheapest tire available, made my appt, and the car was ready within 15 minutes of dropping it off. Ended up with 2 tires as the price was right!
