There is a shoe salesman her who is fantastic! His name is Farooq. He was so professional, helpful, and friendly. He knows a lot about shoes. He has helped me in the past and this store is lucky to have him. As well as us customers! Thank you!

Came to buy a pair of shoes. Associate went to the stockroom. Found a different pair than the one I wanted and tried to offer me that one. He said they weren't where they belonged, and he didn't want to look for them since there were five bays they could be located in and asked me to buy the other shoe instead. I obviously left. Will not return or give my business to this place again.

Had a cashier insult me asking whether or not I know how to do math.Immediately return the product and went next door.Paid a little more for the product but got quality service

I wanted a better experience. Although the person who retrieved my prepaid order was extremely friendly and helpful, when I got home the item was damaged and had to be returned. I called immediately but I was told I have to return it. it's possible but only with great difficulty for the elderly to do that but not nearly as easy as it is for the people who have no clue how hard it can be seniors. it could have been handled better if the item was inspected at some point in the store long before bigger issues resulte.

walk into the store? I guess this guy have pink shirt on is the manager i guess he tells me to go to the shoe department for help. Oh, he inform me that it's a lot of people back there, helping get back one person helping about 10 or more people. He should have when back there to help leaving now and 3 more people left also

Went for a baseball bat for a young boy. Prices are ridiculously high. Left disappointed.They have lots of merchandise which is appreciated.
