At one time I liked this location; however, I decided to change my review after talking to one pharmacist named Cathy she stated that they didn't send out the text and didn't fill an obsolete prescription... It really doesn't matter I have a text message that states otherwise. Anyway I called CVS and left a message and it took the pharmacy over 4 hours to call me back to straighten out the problem. Taking over 4 hours to contact a customer is just wrong. This is not the first time CVS took too long to contact me. Also each time I would ask for a discount on a certain expensive medication they would try to argue with me that a discounted medication wouldn't go toward my insurance deductible (I kinda don't care about that because my copays are very high and saving money on prescriptions is more important when your on a fix income). Arguing with a customer over that is a waste of time and disrespectful! They also kept putting safety caps on my prescription bottles even though in my records they were told not to due my having arthritis.

7am on Saturday, no cars but me in drive-thru, SHOULD NOT TAKE 10 MINUTES!! Sat & waited 8 minutes while she waited on multiple customers & ran around the store, THEN she finally waited on me. Horrible store, you can't even speak to anyone in the pharmacy when you call either! I would give 0 stars if possible.

Not a 24 hour, Pharmacy. I mean it’s open but on three different occasions three different times in the middle of the night when Saint Mary sends over a script the pharmacist claims “the system is rebooting!” BS. They live off the fat of the hospital, but nobody can get their meds there in the middle of the night, so don’t bother trying.

Night shift pharmacist was extremely rude and declined to answers my questions because he was “too busy filling scripts”. Before he hung up on me, he told me to call the pharmacy in the morning.

A big selection of items to choose from, besides prescriptions. A friendly staff. I feel comfortable asking questions or if I need help. The team members are very helpful. They not only greet you, they end with Wishing you a good day. CVS is my favorite store to shop.

I’m so happy this CVS is open 24
Hrs it works great with my schedule. I would like to complement Joey, there was no cereal that I was looking for that was on sale that I wanted he went and checked in the back but unfortunately there was none he took it above and beyond by checking in the back instead of telling me “we only have what’s out”. And then stopping by lastnight regarding questions about my reciept from another CVS again he took the time to explain it to me where I understood. Good job Joey I hope you get acknowledged for the person you are and taking your job seriously. Keep that up 👍

My doctors office called in a prescription 2 days before I arrived to claim it. Made me wait 20 minutes to merely pluck an item from the shelf and put it in a bag. Bad service and rude technician!

Don't take online orders if your staff doesn't take them seriously! I placed an online order today, and showed up 5 hours later to finally pull it together myself, despite your website guaranteeing an hour.
Walked up to the cash register, with all this stuff in my hands, and the cashier is entertaining his late night CVS barfly who smelled strongly of cigarettes, taking his time talking, making jokes, deliberately oblivious to anyone else in line, even complained that the dollar bill he received wasn't up to his standards so he had the cashier exchange it for a different one. The cashier, like his buddy, both with zero empathy, gladly obliged, because why wait on the customer with all this stuff in her hands when your regular night buddy is more important.
I finally get up to the register, and tell him this is my online order, I already paid for it, please ring it out. We go back and forth for a bit - he tells me it's in the queue, yada yada, and he needs to go through the system - it all sounded like excuses, and I do not care about any of this. I finally tell him - go through the system then! And he gets snappy with me and says "I will!" Meanwhile, two more people jump in line. He's dragging this out, and no, they did not want to use self checkout.
Bro, I get that your buddy who smells like cigarettes and entertains you, in your mind, is more important -- but learn some empathy. A simple - "oh hey, sorry about that, that's awesome you got your order, let me get this taken care of right now." You could have taken care of it in less time than the jokes with cigarette barfly and excuses, and sent me on my way, instead of acting offended I pulled this order together on my own and wanted to actually get my order I paid for.
It's so easy to be a decent human being. It's so easy to be efficient, show empathy, and not make it all about you. Try it. Just try it.

Nour, the pharmacist and Angelina the tech were kind and efficient a sharp contrast to the staff at the other 24 hr CVS in Livonia! Thank you for your help during such a trying time!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. When you have a problem they won't let you speak. They talk over you. Computer System not up to date with your medications. When my prescriptions come up for renewal I will be going elsewhere.

Well I wanted to buy a couple of batteries for my smoke detector and they had a lock on the shelf for the batteries were so the worker asked me did I want to buy the batteries and I said yeah she says I'll have to get the key to remove the lock without me asking she was aware of what I was looking for thank you so much for having such a knowledgeable people working there keep the good work up CBS and thank you for all your coupons and discounts I really appreciate it and really use them all
