Initially I was confused because there was nobody on site and the kiosk was a bit frustrating but once I spoke to a manager over the phone everything went smoothly. He was very helpful

I would like to say something good but unfortunately they're constantly raising their prices their employees never get back with you they're late fees are ridiculous they are not open 24 hours and honestly I've had nothing but problems with this company I need to say bad things about businesses but unfortunately I don't think it's fair how their policies work

I rented a storage space from National Storage online. When I went to view the space, I realized that it was not a temperature controlled unit and it also was not large enough. Adam was kind enough to upgrade us to a temperature controlled unit and also went above and beyond to give us a larger space at no extra charge. I really appreciate this because moving is not only tiring but stressful as well. Thanks again Adam

I am very happy with my experience with National Storage. I was able to make arrangements for a newer larger storage unit, notify them of the completion of my move out from my prior unit, and even get the assistance I needed when I was trying to lock my new unit, all by phone. Thank you.

Such a bummer. I have 2 units, the location is great and the customer service was fantastic. Since I’ve had the units (2 years) they have turned into all virtual and increased the rates by $100 causing the units to be impossible to afford. Guess I’m looking for a new location.

If you like your rate going up yearly then this is your place. Paid probably 150 when it was cube smart then national bought it price went up now come August its going to be $225 its not even 24 hour access I have a 10 by 20

I have multiple units here its always clean if I've ever had any issues they were address quickly extremely professional and friendly staff most definitely referring someone if they needed a storage facility
