Worst layout I’ve ever seen at a Costco. Traffic management was horrible. People were stressed and rude. Employees were friendly but I feel bad for what they have to work with.
Some old lady customer was apparently so stressed by this that she was yelling at a man to run me (a pregnant woman) over with a cart to get around me when I was in line. They need better queue management.

Very rude checkout clerk and receipt checker. The Haggerty Rd Costco has better tempered workers. Will not return to this location.

I hate this site ???????? Worst customer service ……. My membership was suspended because I was forced to pay $54 due to the operator's mistake... I hope this site is closed due to disrespect for customers .

Honestly it's not bad they have everything. I've never been in a situation where I didn't find what I was looking for.
The pizza over there is amazing, I love it.

Drives me nuts that all these people complain about how ridiculously over crowded this location is yet proceed to leave 5 star reviews.
Costco has BILLIONS of dollars. They can afford another location, don't let them off easy with false praise. You don't need to be crammed in like livestock off to the slaughter just to shop there..

This is your straightforward Costco that is setup like most. This location does NOT sell liquor but does sell everything else. I go to this one the most because it is close to my boyfriend in Detroit. This Middlebelt location also has the cheapest gas of any of the Metro Detroit locations (most of the time). This is a very busy location and the parking lot is very crowded and difficult to turn into off the freeway, especially on the weekends. Many close calls of people poorly driving in the parking lot, whether almost hitting my vehicle or hitting me as a pedestrian. I try to avoid this location if I can. There is nothing inherently wrong with the store other than some location and congestion issues. Because of these reasons I prefer other locations over this one especially if the location sells liquor.

What a waste of my time to stand in line for 39 minutes to renew my membership, then learn the new Southfield location says Business Center but no computers and supplies, just food.
