I love Costco, but this location is the worst. Today, they were offering a giveaway for people who applied for their credit card. Existing cardholders could also receive a gift bag by enrolling in auto-renewal. Since I already have their card, I asked the representative at the desk to enroll me in auto-renewal. He told me I was ‘already enrolled,’ which was not true. It seems like they are only nice to you until you apply for their card, and after that, they don’t follow through on their offers. Very disappointing experience.

I don't like all the people, but you have to price compare to make sure that it's a savings. The meat is very fresh.

I called for them to check on a shipment of trees.The lady wasn't even willing to check the computer but all the other Costco's will. I am rating this Costco (1) because of the lady not wanting to go the extra mile to check the computer. Terrible customer service.

Yesterday, I was in line waiting for the doors to open. I was third in line. As, other customers came in, a few decided it was ok to cut in front of me. This has happened before. People are so disrespectful, and think they are entitled to cut. Very upsetting.

Which is convenient so you don't have to stand in exhausting long lines& also they still don't take Master cards & they are a billion dollar company...

It is a fantastic place for shopping, especially for large families or those buying in bulk. The food court is excellent; I particularly enjoy the pizza. Additionally, the gas prices are unbeatable.
