A bunch of liars told me one price then over charges me for a set or tires exchange. Unprofessional. Exchange is not easy like their policy. First Make appointment to see a manager. Take the tires off after I used it and they wanna resale. Put old tires back on. Order new tire. Make appointment to install. Then charge for installing.

I had tires and lug nuts installed at this location. They installed the incorrect lug nuts onto my vehicle that did not fit, and the tires were not even remotely balanced. I went to a mechanic due to concerns, who then had to unmount all of the tires, rebalance them, and provide the proper lug nuts. The service was outright horrendous, the assistant general manager was beyond condescending and rude (and called any mechanics that don't work at a dealership liars), and the company refuses to do anything about their employees putting my safety completely at risk. Despite physically having the purchased lug nuts (that do not fit) and my vehicle, I've basically been told that I have no proof that I was given the wrong lug nuts. While HAVING physical proof. They'll only care if they kill you first.
Do not get tires here. They do not know what they're doing AT ALL and have no qualms about putting people in very dangerous situations. Do yourself a favor and go to any Discount Tire instead and save yourself from having to pay a mechanic to fix Costco's negligence. They outright don't care.

Worst experience..make sure you get a name and call to confirm your appointment is actually booked that you were given because if not, no apology or accountability will be given from the acting manger of the shift. Wasted day made worse by rotten customer service.

I have had a relatively ok experience. Tire replacement went well. Customer service was little off. Tire Center took my keys after confining the appointment but never told me there will be some additional charges because I bought tires online. After the whole process I saw in final bill that I paid some additional charges and I am fine with that charges (it is what it is). But why customer service people don’t explain ahead.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this tire center. I bought 4 new Michelin tires from them 2 years ago and thought I was getting a great deal because of the 5 year warranty. Had this big gash appear in my tire so I brought it in the next day to get looked at, I showed the woman that took my keys the picture and she goes “oh that looks superficial, that shouldn’t take long.” A half hour later I get a call that they couldn’t find anything wrong with my tire. When I asked about the big gash in the tire he was surprised and had to go look. He came out about 10 minutes later and told me the tire had been discontinued and for them to honor the warranty and put a new tire on my car I would have to replace the other 3 tires because the treads on each tire have to be within a certain amount of eachother for AWD vehicles. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he would get him.I patiently waited for about 25 minutes before asking another employee to see if the manager was coming, the manager immediately came out and said he wasn’t even told I wanted to speak to him until that moment, 30 minutes of my time wasted because they can’t communicate. The manager came out and said the same thing, but said according to Michelin the tire is fine, but they were gonna honor it anyways because it could be a safety issue. He also said since I’ve used half the tread life on the tires it would be good for me to get a new set and offered me $60 off. I’m not sure who buys tires to use half the tread life and call that a win. I asked him to show me where in the warranty it says that for them to replace a damaged tire on an AWD vehicle you have to buy 3 new ones. I then asked to speak to the store manager, and had to ask multiple times while he tried to ignore my request before he actually went to get him. The store manager Stuart came, was very rude, didn’t introduce himself and seemed bothered that he had to come over. He mumbled and got upset when I tried to clarify his words. I told him I would like to speak to his boss and he told me he would get me the number. That manager never addressed me again, he came back and handed the tire center manager a sticky note and quickly left. Unprofessional. While he was quoting me for the new tires the tire manager said this was an unusual situation as “in his 12 years he’s never had anyone react the way I did, most people understand they have already used half the tire life and would just buy the new tires.” I’m not sure who just buys new tires every 2 years when one has an issue. I also found out they just took off the tire and replaced it with the spare tire without asking, and he then refused to put the other tire back on because it’s a safety hazard. Crazy how it went from according to the manufacturer the tire is fine, but we’ll help you out to we can’t even put that tire back on and now you’re stuck with the donut. It seemed like they were trying to push me into a sale the whole time, and the customer service was very poor. I called Bell Tire to see how they would handle this situation and they said they would respect the customers request and replace the tire without making the customer replace the other 3 tires. Avoid this place, the warranty isn’t what they make it out to be when they are making the sale.

My GF bought some tires from the AA Costco - They had to replace a TPMS sensor but never programmed it to the car. She been rolling around for 6 mo with the light on but I noticed two of the tires had slow bead leaks... Sooooo, I read the mismatched TPMS ID out of the car, marked the leaks with chalk and wrote instructions a monkey could understand, including a rotation since it was due... So what happened? They didn't fix the leaks, didn't reprogram their TPMS sensor... Just balanced and rotated the tires and sent her on her way with leaky tires and a disabled TPMS system. When she has a blow out due to low tire pressure and rolls her car, I'mma have my lawyer reference this post as evidence of their negligence.

Very good experience. Bought tires online and scheduled installation appointment. Got a call about coming in (days) earlier than scheduled. Dropped off my car, staff were helpful and courteous and overall a great experience. Will be back.

Purchased tires from Costco's website that they listed as compatible with my car. Drove up there to get them installed and they tell me they can't install them because they are not run-flat. The OEM tires aren't even run-flat. Wasted 2 hours of my time and then tried to get me to buy more expensive tires.

The worst service in the tire shop .they always come up with excuses. They never think of your time or your loyalty when you are spending thousands of dollars .my advice is not to buy tires there.

Thia place is not worth your time if you have older tires. I brought my car here twice to get my tires repaired and both time I got charged for them to just take the wheel of and tell me they can't repair it. I was told the second time that I wouldn't be charged if they couldn't repair the tire but I was still charged for them telling me they can't repair the tire. I won't be coming to the tire center anymore and recommend you do the same.

Complete BS service today. Was placed on hold for 10mins. Hung up and called back and placed again on hold for 10mins. Hire another person! It took 4hrs to get 4 new tires installed. Didn't even give a discount for this headache experience even though the guy wanted to but it was conveniently out of his control! I've always gotten my own-bought TPMS sensors replaced here. Today they say there's a new management and now we can only replace costco bought sensors! I get better quality for half the price online! What BS..another way to squeeze a few more dollars from their customers...i highly recommend choosing another store over costco who cant even afford to have wifi at their stores! Its freakin 2021! I hope they change management at this store. We have sams membership too I'm just going to take all my business there for now.
