Today I tried to pick up my dogs prescription on my day off when the pharmacy was open. I was turned away because I was trying to pick up the prescription a day "too early". It is Saturday. The pharmacy is closed tomorrow, on Sunday. I work on Mon, Tues, & Wed until after the pharmacy closes. So my dog gets to be without his pain meds for 5 days because of the pharmacist. Thank you so much! My dog, aged 11, thanks you, as well.

Use this pharmacy for my dog's medication. Apoquel, 30 tabs for $70. Cheapest I can find around and I'm not even a member. If I were it would be $10-$15 less. Getting it at the vet is $3.50/pill. Meijer pharmacy quoted me $87/30 tabs. It's worth the hassle of the parking lot and people shopping to go once a month and get my refills. Only thing that keeps my dog from licking his paws off.

Terrible experience! The attendant Kathy R. did nothing but saying “I can find your prescription”. I provided all the information she asked, but the only thing she would say is NO NO NO. The problem? My name is too long (blame me!), reason why she couldn’t find my order. And after going there twice and spending almost one hour on the phone trying to understand what was going on, no apologies from this lady that even suggested I was lying about being the for the second time!

This review is for the hearing center in this store. Very good service. I finally decided to get hearing aids and after shopping around I chose Costco. Easy to make a appointment. James was my hearing aid specialist and he did a excellent job of explaining the entire process from testing to picking up the hearing aids. He is very thorough in explaining all aspects of the hearing tests and the fitting fro the aids. Come back in a week and he does additional tests to adjust the hearing aids to my specific hearing deficiencies. James is very patient and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with all the new info he was giving me. These are my first aids and Costco pricing was far better than the other stores I shopped at. I go back in a couple weeks to get a check up and see how I am responding to the current settings of the aids. I am very pleased with this experience and have to say this hearing center in is a go to my book.

Costco in Northville is a oiled machine that treats their customers well. Plenty of products with a wide variety of selection for each.

I don't care what it is, from apples to wine. It's larger/more for your Buck $$. Always best prices and best products to make their cut. And now I'm getting pet meds there too. Amazing and never disappointing

The staff at the pharmacy failed twice to contact my doctor's office. First they sent a text message asking if I wanted them to handle my refill. I answered yes. A week later I called to see if the prescription was refilled. They told me that they have not contacted the doctor's office yet but will do it right away. I called a week later, they unapologetically gave me the same response. This time they simply told me contact the doctor's office myself. Why do they even offer services that they don't care to provide?

We ordered a washer and dryer around 2/20/23 to be delivered on Saturday, 2/25. At the delivery, the delivery people had to be convinced to install it, even though it was clearly part of the purchase agreement. They said it was not their job. I made calls back and forth, and they finally agreed after the costco warehouse called them directly. They installed the washer, but said they could not install the dryer, but that I would have to call Costco again. Well, I did and the next day we learn they dropped off the wrong dryer. After talking with costco staff, I reordered, and the person on the phone said I should expect by 3/1/23 to have the replacement brought. Well, the dryer arrived by 2/28/23 to the warehouse, but they said they can not deliver until 3/7/23. I begged and pleaded, reminded them what they have put me through, but they wouldn't change it. I am in the process of looking for another option to buy a washer and dryer, and will call them to pick them both up. I wasted hours of my time, a weekend, and was left for weeks unable to do wash. Unless they fix it I'll never purchase an appliance from them again, and would not recommend it.

I like Costco in general but have had terrible customer service experiences at both the pharmacy and tire center of this store. In each case they told me how long a wait to expect and then made me sit in the store at least an hour longer than that. Time estimates were made ignoring information I later found they had all along. In each case, they had no respect for customer's time.

I am really disappointed in this Costco! I've always had extremely good experiences but tonight my wife and 2 daughters (under 6 yrs old) were turned away from the tire center while right in front of their tire center doors with a flat (in 20 degree weather) bc they were closing in the next hour! I'm a very realistic person and never truly expect anyone to help but I was sure of all places my wife and kids would have been helped and supported by Costco of all places. Instead they were stranded in the parking lot for hours as the tire care employees walked past her truck until help was able to get there. She wasn't even asking for free help! Because she didn't have the tools to change the tire, She was willing to pay for either a new tire or the labor to put the spare on! Very disappointed in this particular Costco and will be spending my future $ with a company that helps women and children in need!

The Costco on Haggerty in Livonia must have some fantastic managers. Not only does the place as a whole run smoothly, the employees are helpful, pleasant, and seem happy to be there. At my last visit, I became completely oblivious of the time, joyfully filling my cart to the brim as one tends to do there, and no one said a word to let me know the store had closed 15 minutes prior to my meandering up to the register! The cashier was polite and laughed with me when I realized I was the last customer (still lots of employees bustling about). I was so embarrassed, but so grateful for everyone's politeness. I've never worked retail during the holidays and I'm aware customers can be very rude especially this time of year, so I'm always pleasant and thankful for the hardworking folks who do. I'm especially grateful for their kindness as I was clearly in la la land. Oh, and if you don't already have the Costco cash back VISA, it's worth a look. I recently got mine and am enjoying the many benefits.

I've been going here for years and it's for two reasons: Price and the helpfulness of Colin. Otherwise, it can be pretty frustrating going here with the crowds and parking. But my biggest gripe, and why I'm in the process of transferring my 'scrips, there are two many delays in filling them, and I just discovered the reason why: Many orders are filled at a central, metro location and delivered to the store! So, if something goes wrong like it did the other day (weather, which wasn't bad), you're delayed. And if the central depot is backed up or lacking your meds, further delay. Sometimes it can be 4-5 days to fill. I'm going to Amazon, great prices and they bring to me!
