How about you guys put a sign stating that you don’t sale to the general public but only to License Hair Professionals. Even put something in the google search form letting people know these things before wasting time and gas… Staff member was polite and nice so no issues there.

So… a guest entered before me and was promptly greeted with a smile and a warm welcome… I was just behind her and instantly I noticed a frown and even didn’t receive an answer to my “ afternoon “on top of the “following “ me around like I was about to do “something “ ! They have a decent selection of products. Really didn’t understand or like the fact that I was followed around the store. I’m not going to speculate on why but it definitely wasn’t cool. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.
