Incredibly rude service I go to the livonia location the tellers are so rude. I was also yelled at when I called the toll free number about my account. And I was very respectful I didn't yell at all at her. All the phone calls are recorded.

This company deserves less than 0. Avoid doing business with them at all costs! I was a member for 8 years and it was an absolutely miserable experience every moment. This company has the worst customer service, practices, and procedures. Their lack of knowledge of their own processes is concerning. In my experience they make even the smallest transactions difficult for the customer (they made a loan payoff almost impossible. I was literally trying to send THEM money!). I work in finances and can assure you this is a poorly run and embarrassing financial institution. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I always experience poor service. Wiring funds is a very basic function of s financial institution, yet when I arrived they told me they couldn’t do it, try again tomorrow. How inconvenient! This is my final strike with them and I’ll be closing my 10+ year account and banking elsewhere,

Rude tellers. Cold, uninviting feel to the branch. They don't even try.... Glad I actually bank elsewhere and only use them as a share branch.

I was a member with them for 3 years before I switched. The staff was not friendly but not mean, they were just doing their job. There is a fee to close your account. Their online app was horrible because it was slow, not work at times or be updating and I could not log in. I'm glad I changed banks. One of the good things is that they have the coin machine and there is no fee to use it if you are a member.

Always positive staff interactions and I have been going here for years. Most times not a line but fast service. Only wish was that the ATM was inside instead of outside.

I don't know if it was because I wasn't dressed 'christianly' enough, I wasn't wearing anything reaving... I was riding a bike. The teller would not help me with a service I know for a fact she could of and should of done. I called up there in advance to make sure, because it was important to me. I knew I was going to charged a fee since I wasn't a member of their bank. That was okay with me. For some reason the lady was not wanting to help me. I almost cried walking out of the building. Very upset. No other places around are able to currently do the service I need. Very terrible way to treat a potential customer, will be letting all my family and friends know to NOT go to this place.

I honestly didn't think doing a quick deposit would cause this much stress. I went in on a Tuesday to do my deposit and was greeted with rudeness. Looked like 2 people working there was doing all the work. I tried to get one of the workers that wasn't busy to help but I was just ignored as they talked about movies or tv shows or something like that. Whenever I was EVENTUALLY waited on, the deposit went fine, like I said, it wasn't anything more than a quick deposit. Just don't know why you have four people standing behind the counter when only one or two of them are working.
