“Today was my 1st time shopping @Buckle!! What a fantastic and gratifying experience!! Where should I start….I was greeted by Ayjah and she got right to it! She welcomed me in, asked qualifying questions and Eyeballed my size! She showed me a variety of different clothes and accessories! She wanted to get to know me as a customer! Customer Service was a 10 out of 10! I had no intention of making a purchase but how could I resist!! They have a wonderful variety of styles to fit everyone! She introduced me to Tom and he was very nice as well!
Ayjah signed me up in their system, offered credit, checked me out, thanked me for my purchase, and invited me to shop again!!!! WOW!! I definitely will shop here in the future! “We went to pick up an Etsy order from Palumba in person and had such a wonderful experience. I had been eyeing the shop for a long time and we finally splurged on the rotating bookshelf and the birthday candle ring. So excited to enjoy our lovely pieces for celebrations and everyday life! Judy and Clay were so helpful and kind. The shop is lovely with a playroom for kiddos and wonderful wood smell from their handcrafted items. We had a discount on local pickup and they reuse boxes. Palumba is across from the Plymouth Cultural Center, behind Transitions Landscaping. Bonus being a historical building of the Alter Motor Car Company. Shop local, natural, and beautiful!Update: The bookshelf assembly went well, with kiddos helping me. If anyone has a Nugget - the pyramid pillow is the perfect height to hold up the first side which is the tough part in the beginning. We gained triple the storage space (from the wagon we had been repurposing) and are using the bookcase as our Rooted in Language Pinwheels center as well as display for strewing/holidays etc.I can tuck the bookcase into the corner for more walking space in the kitchen, or pull it out a bit to allow the lazy susan to turn.The candle ring was perfect for our Yule celebration.Thanks again!All the best,The Stark Family”

“I had an awesome experience at JCPenney thanks to Felicia in the jewelry department. She was super friendly, patient, she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re shopping for jewelry, definitely ask for Felicia, can’t say the same for the “manager”. He was very dismissive and even needed help to look up our account. If you ask me, Felicia should be the Manager, cause thanks to her I still gave a 5 star.”

“This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.”

The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service. I was looking for toddler pants, and a staff member went above and beyond—helping me find the right size and even checking the back for additional options on sale. It was such a kind gesture, and I truly appreciated the effort.

“I honestly don’t understand why this store has average reviews. From the moment I walked in, Marina greeted me with such a warm and positive attitude. The store was the first thing I noticed—clean, organized, and not overcrowded like many other Once Upon a Child locations I’ve visited.
Checking in to sell items was super easy, and the entire process was quick. They purchased about half of what I brought and offered a fair payout of around $60. When I checked out, Juanita helped me, and the service was just as friendly and efficient. They even offered to help me carry everything out to my car as I left.
Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!”

“I had to visit the Twelve-Oaks Mall H & M this morning, 8-23-25 and was met by an associate who was not very friendly or helpful. I had to ask for a manager and the manager, Viad Zvonov was incredibly friendly, courteous, accommodating and polite. He was a breath of fresh air!
Can you please let him know his efforts have not gone unnoticed and how much he is appreciated please? He should get a raise and/or some accolade for being such a wonderful, professional, friendly employee. He makes you want to come back to the store.”
