Very disappointed that your location Inkster Rd and 6 Miles does not have a drive thru. This is a disservice to your customers. No compassion for the disabled and elderly. On a postive note the teller that waited on us was very pleasant.

We needed a notary signature. Having a Chase account, naturally we went to our bank for assistance. Lana Albawwab, bank Officer, assisted my mom and I.
