Never answer the phones. The 1800 number the provide tell me to call local branch. It's pointless when you call for over an hour and no answer.

The slowest bank I have ever been to in my life.I went here on my lunch break and waited just over 30 minutes to make a simple withdraw from my Chase account.Upon arriving to the drive up banking service, I see there are 2 of the 4 lanes open and both of them had vehicles at them. At this time I thought to myself it surely couldn't take too long since im next in line. I waited over 15 minutes in line and then waited nearly another 10 for someone to answer the service button. The workers are nice, they just lack time management and people can't be waiting that long in line to move up just 1 time in line.

There is always a problem with the ATM machines at this location, very inconvenient… Also, a short few minute conversation per customer would be great not 10 minutes. I’ve been with Chase 20 years and thinking of going to Michigan schools and Government credit union. They had no problem giving me a truck loan when Chase wouldn’t.

I have been trying to get ahold of a human for 3 hours now and nobody wants to pick up the phone I get hung up on and sent to call back later and when I do I still get the same answer. How can you operate a business and not have someone to answer the phone. Robots do not cut it. This is the real world where people need assistance via phone call and sometimes can not make it in person. Or get there questions answered by an automated machine

This is the ONLY branch that has ever given me any issues. I have cashed many Chase checks without an account. I already know the deal. ID and two debit cards with your name on it, call the account holder to approve plus $10 fee. No biggie. Not only did I have all the required ID requirements, an approval from the check issuer “twice” but I also had to wait another 10 min so she would “supposedly call for the approval again” she still refused to cash my check. The person who wrote my check did approve it and told me they only called one time. They are also upset they refused to cash it for me and for lying to me about calling twice. I ended up going to Westland Chase just so they could do her job correctly for her. All of this caused me to miss an appointment. Why make me wait “twice” to call someone for an approval (which they got) just to refuse to cash it or even lie. She even went as far as “how would you like your cash” and came back and said “sorry I can’t cash your check” Go to Westland.

Most slow and inefficient people are working here. went there during lunch, only 2 customers at front of me, not too bad. but they kept goofy with each of them. when finally it's my turn, said "we'll be with you in just a minute .." their "a minute" = 12 minutes until there 2 more customers gathered behind me. Customer service is no longer number 1 at this place, not well trained staff

This bank used to be pretty good, but lately they've been terribly slow and inefficient. I wouldn't recommend going here.

I found the kindest, most helpful person to help me with my banking. I would rate chase online service is amazing, but the bank Management in Michigan are completely different ..thank you mystery banker, you deserve an award!!

Made it such a process to order an ATM card, I said forget it. She told me she needed to read the 3 screens to me as a part of her job. I told her I had to go to my job. Don’t need a ATM card that bad.
