This bank is 100% cleaner and friendly than my old Bank of America at Wonderland. I can't believe the difference.

Bank tellers here are very pleasant. I just appreciate the courtesy. I've only visited for routine transactions, but my experiences have been positive.

Chase bank (online to be fair to this bank) did not mail my friends account paperwork he requested. He's severely handicapped so this means a trip he can barely handle out into the heat that he can barely handle to get the paperwork. Wasting both out time, gas and money. Horrible customer service
