I took my I pad here because it wasn't charging. 6/9/2023. I was charged 159.00. Simon told me if it could be the battery or charging port. When he called for me to pick it up he said he sent it to a guy in Sterling Heights who works on the I pads for him. I picked it up that day 6/14/2023. He wanted an additional 115.00. I paid him and he said he replaced the battery and charging port. When I took it home nothing was different from when I originally left it with him. Again I left it with Simon. He said his guy in Sterling Heights would work on it. I hadn't heard a word until I called 6/28/2023. He said the guy still had it in Sterling Heights and he would call me back before he left at the end which was 7 pm. No call from Simon. I called 7/5/2023 to get update and he said he would have it there today7/6/2023. I went in at noon and guess what? He didn't have it! Told him just call me when he gets it. He did call the same day. When I went to pick it up he said the guy in Sterling Heights replaced filter etc. I pad still not charging. I asked to see invoice of what guy in Sterling Heights did and he told me "NO" I couldn't see the invoice He suggested to me that he (Simon) would order another battery. I reminded him he supposedly replaced the battery and I paid for it. 275 dollars later nothing has been repaired on my I pad!!! DO NOT TRUST this person SIMON and by all means DO NOT GIVE HIM A CENT of your MONEY. Will be reporting to BBB. I'm also bummed because I try to support local businesses.

Quality work, tax you like crazy. He didn't even tell me my iPads were ready I had to call, then I get up there 20 mins before close and he was gone. Will never bring anything up here again. Terrible customer service.

The guy behind the counter, "Simon" is a shyster I'd get a second opinion before letting this guy do any repairs on your phone.

These people are money suckers. They fixed my cracked camera. Of course a week after warranty it becomes out of focus, blurry, and won't capture a picture. I take it back to them. There's nothing they can do because it's not a problem with the lens. It's a problem with the camera he said and that to replace it would be 200$ I already spent 80$ to get the lens replaced. The way he had to get the lens out was to go through my phone (taking the screen out completely and poking the lens through). Completely took apart my phone to correct this issue. Saying he didn't mess with the camera. Refusing to help me in any way, give me a discount for coming back and going to them. Completely not taking any fault for their actions. This is a quick fix store, that will steal your money and give you a cheap fix that will not stay. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Also he tried arguing with me saying he didn't touch my phone. WHEN HE IS THE ONLY ONE LEGIT ONLY GUY THERE THAT DOES THESE REPAIRS!!! ASSHOLES!!!

Took my phone here and after they had it a few weeks they said they couldn't repair the water damage or salvage any of my data. They said the phone was completely dead. So when I was in the way home I charged it just in case and it powered on. The guys in the shop were friendly and I tried to do the right thing by bringing it back to them at their request. Took them another few weeks then was told there's no way to get the data. Took it to another shop in Ann Arbor with a 5 star rating, and they told me the phone was horribly soldered by someone who didn't know what they were doing. I do appreciate how friendly the guys running the shop were, but I ultimately had to get what I needed elsewhere and after multiple wasted trips and a lot of wasted time.

My friend and I took my cracked iPad 7th gen to get repaired on 9/3/20. The female associate took it at 6:30pm and was done by 7:40pm. She was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I'll definitely give them more business.

I came to this shop for a screen repair after my iPhone X screen froze and I just assumed it's the touch screen. The staff is great. She offered to diagnose the issue first before changing the screen. Not even 5 minutes later she comes out from the back and hands me my phone said it was a loose cable. I asked her what do I owe you for your help, she replied "Nothing your good" I refused and I left her a tip. Amazing service definitely recommend this place! Great service!

I brought in my wife's iPad mini for a screen repair. Raeleen (sorry about the spelling) was fantastic to deal with. Friendly and professional...she took a look and gave me a quote telling me it would run about $95 with tax and take about a day. I was concerned about the impact dent in the case but she was confident that they're tooling could remove it enough to get the screen to adhere securely. It turned out nicely.

Cheaper than any other place I've gone for an iPhone screen repair (have used two other places) and Rob had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely go back again!

At first I wasn't so sure about this place there was a couple confusion but the owner David was really nice and the guy that fix the screen was really sweet I forgot to ask for his name he even went through everything with me just to show me everything was working right beautiful work screen look brand new .. I would definitely go back

I had a not so good experience my first visit here. The owner took this matter very serious. Not only did he take the time to reach out to me but he did a thorough investigation into my claims and addressed the issues at hand. He was very polite and patient and made sure I was taken care of. I understand mistakes happen but not so many companies are willing to show the support to each individual customer as we all would like and they should. This was done here and for that type of customer service alone means a lot in my book.

**AVOID** RUINED MY PHONE I took my iPhone 7+ to Cellular Repair Center on Friday, 11/21 for a screen replacement. They replaced the screen in about an hour. Prior to leaving, we tested the phone by making a phone call but the ear speaker now was not working. They removed the screen again and tried to fix it but were unable to and said I'd have to come in on Saturday to get my ear speaker replaced. At this point I was frustrated that I will now have to waste part of my Saturday getting a repair done to my phone that they caused. I came in on Saturday and they removed my screen and realized that when they replaced my screen they had my ear speaker wire pinched. They fixed it and my ear speaker worked again. I was satisfied and left the store. The following Monday (2 days after) my iPhone starts going crazy as if someone was touching my screen. At this point, my phone is pretty much useless and I'm so sick of this place that I'm going somewhere else to fix whatever it is they messed up. If you want your phone fixed and fixed right, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Got my phone screen fixed here 2x. They always seem to do a great job. Also be sure to talk to Dj before coming in the store
