The person I talked to was nice. However, they told me they would send me a picture of the flowers before they sent them since I was out of state. That didn’t happen. Then they did send me a picture after I called them, and it was not a pretty bouquet or one I would have considered to be worth the price I paid especially since it was fairly expensive. I wanted a large one because we were not able to attend the funeral. Two of our names were misspelled even though be was easy to spell and the other one was spelled out for them. I would not recommend if you can’t pick them up yourself, sadly.

Would not recommend! My husband got a special surprise for me that he has never bought before. To celebrate our 23rd anniversary. Long stemmed roses. He was really excited for some reason. lol. He made sure they were going to deliver in a certain time frame so I would be home. (I was going to be gone for about 1.5 hours during the entire day)
He gave my number because they must have asked for it but he asked them NOT to call me.
So they called me to say they left them at a neighbors house because they came while I was out and ruined the surprise. AND they weren’t long stemmed roses. I saw the appropriate box and was excited to see what they looked like but unfortunately there were 6 regular roses on one end and then facing the other way 6 more regular roses. What a disappointment and even more so for my sweet husband!!!!!!!
I don’t see how you can just give a customer something they didn’t order and in the proper box even more so.
Really ruined the day for my husband.

I am writing this review, finally, because I am truly disappointed. I have placed three orders with Cardwell and the first order was definitely not a "delux" version of what they had online. I notified the company through email, explaining the quality is disappointing for how much I paid. I didn't want anything in return, just the hope this was a fluke and they should know (it was during covid so everything was out of sorts and also supply chain issues). I ordered again, and once again wasn't impressed but it was an improvement from the previous order. Finally, today... was it. $160 for the upgraded version of what they had online and very simply, I could have bought a bouquet at Busch's market that looked better than this, next time I probably will. I am giving them two stars because their delivery was quick and on time, even in inclement weather, and when corresponding with them in the past, they have been polite and quick to respond.

They are the absolute best! Everyone is so kind and helpful, the prices are reasonable, and the flowers are gorgeous!

Every time I shop here, it's been for cemetery flowers, and every time they've been completely wonderful even though I'm a sobbing mess. So sweet and helpful. They always make sure I get exactly the color, decoration, ribbon, etc. that will be the most meaningful.

My cousin came in to get some information about a floral arrangement. The young lady who helped us gave excellent advice and extremely helpful. I have had arrangements from here before and never had a complaint about anything. It is a super place to buy flowers too.

I ordered a bouquet for a young ballerina and the young lady at Cardwell made a few suggestions that I went with. I picked it up 2 hours later and was so happy with how beautiful it was! The ballerina loved it!

Sent an autumn arrangement for a birthday. I’ve recently sent several arrangements from other florists and was not impressed with this one in comparison. What arrived barely looked like the standard arrangement let alone the “deluxe” version I purchased. It was a bit sparse and one of the roses was broken. The recipient was happy with them so at least there’s that.

I can’t say enough good about this company! I forgot to send my granddaughter flowers like I do for all of them and I felt terrible. Cardwell Flowers did an after hours delivery and saved the day for me. I have used Cardwell in the past and will always use them especially when they make things happen to fix my screw ups. They have great service and great products and at a very fair price! THANK YOU CARDWELL FLOREST FOR A JOB WELL DONE.Chuck Carne

As my mom was in the hospital with COVID, I had to do something to let her know I was thinking of her if it was going to be the end. I regretfully placed an order on 1800 flowers. After a big mix up and them not being able to deliver to the hospital, I told them to cancel the order. I also did research after placing my order and found out that 1800 flowers is not a good company to order from just an FYI. Long story short they are basically the middleman. So I remembered Cardwell florist because I have been a Livonia resident for 31 years and I also know that the Republican candidate in Livonia, Laura Toy, is one of the owners . I called Cardwell florist at 8:30 AM when they opened and I placed an order from an arrangement I saw online. They even went out of their delivery zone for me and delivered the flowers to a hospital in Farmington Hills. The flowers arrived before noon and they were absolutely beautiful. My mom told me that they absolutely brightened her day at the time. She also said that every nurse and doctor that came into her room complemented the flower arrangement. I will forever use Cardwell for all of my flower needs going forward. I cannot thank them enough. I picked my mom up from the hospital a week ago and she still had the flowers with her. I refilled the water when we got home and the flower arrangement is still just as beautiful as when it was delivered. I’m a very happy customer! THANK YOU

Ordered 2 bouquets. They were ready when I arrived and were very nicely done. Very friendly staff. Good parking. Store nicely maintained. Highly recommend.
