Many blessings to share about what a great experience I had going on for my new CPAP machine. Great experience short wait time and amazing customer service. Chris Dierich was the associate assisting me. He took the time to explain all aspects of the machine in great detail. What a blessing to have him help me, as I had many questions. Amazing service. It's great people like him that make the world a better place. They say we meet people for a Reason Season or Lifetime. He really confirmed what I have always believed. Great attitude is everything. I have called several times to check on an order placed over a month ago, and have never recieved a call back. My scheduled procedure is in 2 days and I cannot get my compression stockings. I was placed on hold every time I called for more than half an hour. I have never spoken to anyone who can help me, so I was forced to cancel the procedure. Thanks Binsons.

when staff was sent to pick up a hospital bed from an elderly woman who just had major surgery, they tried to dump the equipment in a dumpster on private property. When their boss sent another employee to pick up the illegally dumped equipment, the representative from Bisnons said he was not paid enough to do this job and forced the elderly woman (regardless of her lifting restrictions) to dig the dumped mattress out from under a pile of garbage in the dumpster and pull the entire thing out of the dumpster while he stood there watching. The woman was crying and humiliated. The young man refused to help her and stated that he wasn't the one who dumped the equipent so he shouldnt be responsible for it.

My wife's CPAP prescription has been languishing for a month. Now, they're saying it will be a couple of weeks yet, I guess just to sort out the paperwork. She has severe sleep apnea.
