The wheels and tires on my 2106 Fusion were stolen sometime during the night in my driveway. What do you do and where do you turn? This is the time you appreciate a great team. The Livonia Police, Citizen's Insurance, Enterprise Rental, and Bill Brown Ford. Within 3 hours Rick Vaughn, my Bill Brown Salesman, orchestrated the picking up of my car and delivering it to Bill Brown Collision and Ashley picked up the ball from there. The collision team worked with the adjuster and in record time I had my car back in my garage in perfect condition.
I have been purchasing and leasing cars from Bill Brown for over 30 years. They have simplified the buying process and now I know I can count on them in challenging times as well.

While searching for a vehicle for my mother, I asked my search engine who sold the most truck? I called Bill Brown to set up an appt and reception sent me to a desk where I left a brief message for LJ - a short list of wants and needs and a time we could arrive. LJ returned my call and we set out.
When we arrived a truck with everything was in one of the spaces. Too much! He had a turn truck that had equipment she hadn’t asked for and lacked equipment she had wanted.
It was a superlative fit for her. She absolutely loved it from the moment she sat in it. Paperwork was a breeze and mother couldn’t be happier.
LJ knew what she needed and loved beyond and despite her expectation. To know what a person will happily use in your service is an awesome skill.

The service department is pretty bad. Took my vehicle in for oil change. Wasn't notified that it was at the quick lane not at Bill Brown. Now I was just informed that they don't have enough synthetic oil to do the oil change...What?? I don't believe I will be back.

Talk about a great experience shopping for a car. A salesman's mother, Rob V, told me to go to Bill Brown Ford. It's the biggest dealership, I've been told. The first day I drove the car's I was interested in buying. Matt, his assistant helped me the first day. Rob was on vacation. Then, my reserved car was handled by Rob. The sales people are respectful, knowledgeable and help with all the things a loaded Broncho could achieve. All the safety features were a plus while in retirement. Car insurance was very low compared to other cars I've bought new. It has been the happiest I've been in a long time. Thank you all for the team effort.

Nolan Edgell was amazing to work with and the whole staff made the trade in of my 2022 Honda Passport seamless when getting into a new lease on a F150 XLT. Their prices were the best in the area by a long shot and they offered the most money on the trade in.

Can I give them 10 stars. I went to my saleman to ask a question about keyless entry, mine didn't come with. He left his desk, went back to parts, got it and then brought it to his desk to get my key. Then he installed it himself while I watched in awe. Mr Karr is above and beyond great. Thank you,
