I made a service appointment last week. Had recalls for months. I went to Bill Brown service and was informed they had no loaners available. I rented a car for 3 days wed- Sat. 300+ dollars . Got frequents text on how my car was and when it was to have a technician to look at it. Person just kept telling me how no tech was available to look at it . Finally got my Explorer ST, Having no one looking at it for 3 days. I can't afford a lousy company like Bill Brown Ford. What a waist of Time . I can't believe this place is still in business . I will never waist a second more of time with this. Place! Thanks for nada! See you never again! ---Mark R. PS .Bill Brown Sucks ass!

Joe Hersey the manager just said to me "we have no time for you, take it someplace else". This shop was refusing to give me a quoted price for the work and I was trying to understand why. They were very unhelpful and gave me the run around every time I asked questions. I would avoid this company, bad business.I asked for them to show me what work needed to be done and they wouldn't. They said they found 5 dents other than the hood but wouldn't show me. Wouldn't show me any of the paper work or notes from their PDR guy. They just wanted me to give them my car so they could bill what ever they wanted to insurance.Update, took my car to third place and they could only find the hood and 1 dent on the fender. Bill brown was lying so they could charge more.

Bill Brown will gladly sell you a car, but if you need it serviced GOOD LUCK. I have tried twice to take my 2018 F-150 that I purchased from Bill Brown to the dealership for service covered under the extended warranty that they also sold me. The first time they said they couldn't look at my truck for 3-6 MONTHS. The second time I took it in to be evaluated, made an appointment for the service to be performed and when dropping off the vehicle was told they would look at it in 5-7 days! I'm not sure how many people can go for a week without their vehicle but I know I can't. I was not offered a loaner car which wouldn't have been much use since I rely on my truck for recreational activities. I'm not sure who is running that service department but service is the farthest thing from their minds. (I called another dealer in the area and have an appointment to FIX the issue in one week. Now THAT is service. I know where I'll be going for my next truck.)

I've heard great things about this place. I even heard they are the #1 dealer!!! So I gave them 5 tries over the phone to make an impression. I got no positive response nor did I get anyone to help me out. First guy argued with me and didn't want me to lease a vehicle. Said it was a bad idea. And just to buy. I said no and asked to speak to someone else who is willing to help. He hung up on me. I called back and got the same guy and he said "oh you" and hung up. I then tried again and got nothing but dead air. Then called back and some other sales rep said they have no cars. WHAT??? Really? I called the competition who was glad to take and accept my terms and I went there to buy a car.

Ordered a 22 Maverick on 10/06/21 was told by Ford customer service my truck was being shipped. Dealer says it's not mine! Their selling it to someone else. 15 years with these cheaters sending all my Ford A plans to them only, and this is how they treat a Ford employee? Hello North Brothers!

Purchased my 2014 F150 from them a few years ago. Took it to trade in for a SUV. Went online and the web site showed 6+ for sale 33-40k used. Get there and the sales representative we originally purchased our truck from took forever to get the payoff on our current truck. Payoff 8643. Blue book for my truck is 15-22k. Offered 6k. Would not budge for me to trade up and at least give me pay off. Only 1 Suv available at 39K despite their ads. They have the same truck as mine listed at 22K for sale around the same mileage. Will be selling my truck thru carvana getting payoff plus more! Not ever buying another Ford product. Females beware they think we are stupid.

Short and sweet I have called this dealership twice about a simple computer reset that only a Ford dealership service center can do for my F150 and it's been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything back. I had left messages for their service specialist on both calls. Still nothing. Very dissatisfied. Especially for something that should be a quick and easy task.

We have always enjoyed working with Joe Schutte in service department and Chris in Quick Lane. They are both an asset to Bill Brown Ford. They are approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful with our car needs. We are very satisfied with the service we have had on our cars. We highly recommend them and this dealership-Exceptional!!!

Went in for an oil change fluid replacement tire rotation and multipoint inspection. ran out of wiper fluid two days later and at next oil change 5k miles later tires had worn bald on inside tread due to not being rotated.

Just made the switch from GMC to Ford. Highly recommend seeing Marty! I met with him in mid February for more information on different interests I had and settled on a new Ranger. He was very informative and knowledgeable! He emailed me early this week that my new Ranger came in and was available for me to come in to check out. I could not be happier! The truck is amazing and beyond what I expected! Marty made this switch such an easy, smooth process. He was always very prompt with his responses and very personable. Highly recommend seeing him for your new Ford

Do not do business with them. They show inventory online but do not physically have the vehicles they show. It must be a way to get you in the door and then try to sell you something else. Disappointed to say the least.

Came in to get a new vehicle for my Dad. Met Ron Nowicki and honestly couldn't have had a better experience. Super easy to get along with and no hassles of the "traditional" dealership process. Would recommend anyone in the market for a Certified Ford to see Ron.

Always enjoy going to Bill brown Ford pre-owned car dealership. My guy Darwin Marsh always takes care of me and whom ever I send he takes care of them. Today he put my sister in a 2018 Edge Platinum. So I'm very excited ? to leave the dealership with my happy sister with her new vehicle.
