I purchased an Ashely chair. Because I had breast cancer and wanted to rest in a nice chair. My chair makes a noise when you rock back and forth. Also, the chair feels the one side wants to come apart. I called store manager and spoke with a female there. She never return my call at the Middllebelt store I thought that was awful of her to not return my call or replace my chair. This was suppose to be my recovery chair from cancer. You think the manager would have compassion and be apt to correct the situation. Will not ever purchase online or in store ever again. I thought this was wrong of big lots and the manager was wrong for not replacing my chai. It wasn't even two months old. All I wanted was a brand new replacement. please do not buy furniture from here. If you have a problem they don't correct it. The furniture isn't good made.

I went to Big Lot looking for detergent, bleach and toilet paper. They were out of everything I went for. There were no prices on a lot of items in the store. That is an inconvenience! When you get to the register and hold up the cashier for price checks, hat's not fair to the person behind you. I did purchase a couple of items, but their prices are very high. I probably won't go there in the near future.
