My dog has stayed here twice. The second time when I picked up my puppy, he and all his bedding smelled of urine! I was so upset. Usually I tip them for services (as I do any service) but once my dog was handed over to me, it was clear as day the smell I smelled. I smelled it on him and all his stuff. All I could think was he wasn't let out but maybe once or twice a day. Or another big dog lifted his leg on him when walking by or however the area's are they are kept in. Also, they only open a very very short period time for you to pick up your pet. It's not a place I'll be returning.

This place is the worst. We left our little dog for a few days. When we picked him up he was covered in his own filth. It hasn't been updated in years.

After a weeks stay in hospital, I was so pleased when the owner delivered my shy labrador to me. It was obvious that my dog had formed a special bond with Ken, the owner....And my dog appeared to be cleaner and happier than than when I dropped him off. I love the fact that they will personally walk your dog upon request. My dog needed that one on one. All I can say is thank you to Belle Creek for doing a great job with a shy dog.

My pomeranian Tuxedo had a great experience. It was his first time being boarded while we were on vacation. They took great care of him. The price and services were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Belle Creek, you are awesome!
